We did not have the best experience here. First, they only had chicken because someone did not cook additional meat when they... ran out. Second, the restaurant was not clean at all. The tables and floors were dirty I would be more understanding if the crewwas busy as opposed to hanging out and chatting. Third, the portions were much smaller than anticipated, much smaller. Lastly,they forgot one of our drinks and our chips and guacamole. This place is overpriced for the bad service and small portion sizes.Spend your hard-earned dollars elsewhere. Read more
On a Saturday afternoon my wife, kid, and myself decide to go to Moe?s for dinner. Big mistake. Everything in the display had... crusted food around the service of the pans. The queso looked burnt, old, almost coagulated. The lady was yelling at someone onthe phone when we walked in. The tortillas were almost wet looking? Worst customer service ever. I was in Clarksville and decided to get lunch for my family so we did a pick up order. They are... suppose to be checking the order to make sure it?s correct, right? I had to work so I was in a hurry to get home and once home Icheck my order and got one veggie bowl. My order was 3 burritos a kids meal and a queso. So then I call for a refund and get metwith an attitude. Then they think it?s appropriate to refund me $9 and some change out of a $40 order when I didn?t receive notone item that I ordered. It is good but lacking some important flavor and food was not that hot either. Salad didn't look that fresh. The portions are... big though and come with a basket of tortilla chips and as much salsa as you want. Read more
Time and time again this location has failed. The employees are always cold and give little to no greeting and the food has been... cold each visit I have had. I love Moe?s and have determined this location needs ALOT OF WORK. Read more
