Hadn't eaten here in quite awhile so we stopped in for lunch. Our waiter was Zach M. and he was fantastic. He was super friendly... and funny too. You guys should make him a trainer or something (or figure out how to clone him). He's on point. We got the newchicken nachos and they were great. Good restaurant. Foods was great. The server was very knowledgeable and very patient . Set us up with a good recommendation.... Keep checking on us whether we need drinks fill-up or something else we might need. Very cozy, not too loud and warmenvironment. We do love the food and the service we received. Good job. A little of a wait but we noticed they were understaffed. But overall the food was good.

Service was not great. We waited a while for our drinks and order to be taken. Food was good though. Typical O?Charley?s. We... ordered 2 kids meals, New Orleans Cajun pasta, and southern fried honey drizzled chicken and changed the sides to a side saladand mashed potatoes. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is I think the pricing is a bit ridiculous for O'charleys... I could have bought... meals an cheesecake at the cheesecake factory tonight for what I spent here....That being said . . THE FOOD WAS SOOOOO GOOD HERETONIGHT. 1st off cheese wedges- they make me happy. LOL. 2nd our waiter Devon was super attentive, curtious, an we really didn'thave to wait for anything tonight. 3rd.... I got a sirloin cooked medium an it was cooked perfectly, an Sooo tender. My neicessalmon was amazing looking an she really loved it, my daughter got the ribs an steak - she got the honey gold sauce on the ribsan she loved them. We will definitely go back. Just because the food was SO SO GOOD. PS...the regular Mac N cheese is not goodthough- don't get that...Lol My side salad an all loaded baked potatoes were amazing though. Read more

Just had dinner here and I feel almost like I just wasted the last 2 hours of my life. My husband ordered the sirloin "medium"... and it came out charred/burned on the outside and very undercooked on the inside. His baked potato was also undercooked. Mydaughter's pasta meal was literally cold in spots. It took us 2 hours to get seated/served/and meal eaten. I just think that'stoo long. I overheard the hostess speak very unprofessionally to another customer when she asked where the toothpicks were. Sheactually told her, "Don't be a Karen!" Just. Rude. Why would the restaurant keep seating people if they don't have enough staffto handle it? Our server was Melissa, but she did a great job, so I don't want to pass blame to her. Read more

We had a great time visiting O?Charley?s, came in for a late lunch/early dinner with family, we got seated immediately, our... server was great, I love how he didn?t need to write down our order and got our requests right as well, sadly they were out of 2items we really wanted so he let us get something else at no charge to make up for it, would definitely recommend coming here!
