This was my first time back to an O'Charley's since moving back to TN and first time ever for my girlfriend. The atmosphere was... nice, the place was clean and they had a special table set up for skiers that couldn't be there with us. One strangebthing wasthat our booth vibrated the entire time - I believe the walk in cooler must have been on the other side of the wall. So strange.The food was a mixed bag. The chicken tortilla soup was bad, nothing but an onion broth with one tiny piece of chicken in thewhole bowl. The server didn't even charge us since we hardly ate any of it. Our salmon tasted good, but UT wasn't blackened aswe had ordered it. The chicken tenders were fine, and the cobbler was quite good. Service was friendly and good. Read more

The server was great, but the overall experience was not great. After waiting for 20 minutes to be seated the table was not... cleaned, the seat wasn't clean, when I asked to have the seat and table cleaned off the hostess had an attitude about it. Therewas only about 4-5 family's there eating so I'm not sure why we had to wait 20 minutes to be seated. The food was decent, butnothing to brag about. Had to ask for silverware, but the waitress was great...never let our drinks go empty, kept checking onus, and very friendly and nice. Read more

Super disappointing food, big white hair in food and missing half of each item in our entire order. Not one item, but every... single item in order. Even worse service with management. What was ordered as Swiss mushroom burgers with all the toppings cameto us with zero mushrooms and zero of the toppings mentioned besides some fried onions. Loaded tots missing everything to makethem loaded which we paid extra for and then find a big hair my order of the tots. That is when I called management. Couldn?teat. Management was extremely rude and acted like I was lying or something and tried to brush me off. Do not recommend at all.Ever. What was supposed to be a nice relaxing meal after a long stressful day, turned into a total mess. First and only timethey will ever receive our business. Sad. Read more

The food was ready in a five minute span of the estimated pick up time; which is extremely good considering the restaurant is... very busy in it's dining and pick up arena. The food is absolutely wonderful. Everything was seasoned well and my familythoroughly enjoyed the meal. Thank you O'Charleys staff for making our experience amazing! (Side Tip: When a Steak is ordered togo, it is best to wrap the steak in foil to keep the warm temperature until reached the destination. The steak was well flavoredand delicious.) Read more

I never ever give bad reviews, but you all have got to do better. Placed order online because no one answered to go line. Order... was supposed to be ready at 6:57pm. Get there and no curbside spots available not because people are waiting for to go orders.The people actually parked in curbside are not in their cars which means they are eating inside. I call at 7 pm and a guy comesout and says they have not started working on order. Then they tell me to park in the purple heart parking spot. Absolutely not.What if someone actually needs it? Anyways, I finally go in to get a refund and my order is on the shelf and has been readysince 6:53 per my ticket! The to go attendant is just talking and hands me my order. I felt bad because she had 50 door dashorders but said that was earlier today. I don't understand why it took so long? Read more

Wife and I here for dinner at 5 PM. Get told there is a 15 to 20 minute wait, unless we'd like to sit at the bar. Quick peek... inside and over 1/2 place is "EMPTY". 20 minutes go by and by now there are 15 people waiting for a seat. We finally getcalled and seated in one of the many open booths. I asked the waitress why the long wait and get told there are only 2 servers. Really? At 5 o'clock? Maybe one of the managers shoulda stepped up? Waitress was nice, food was great... We had our Christmas party for work at this o Charley?s. When we arrived the host didn?t know about our party, even though a... reservation was made over a week in advance. We had about 30 people and only o e server. She tried, but had difficulty seeing toall of our needs. There was also only one bartender and they took WAY too long to get us our drinks. I know it took about 20minutes to get a strawberry margarita(which was fantastic) . We finally ordered after about an hour and it took forever to getour food. Before we received our food, to go boxes were brought out and the bar shut down when we had not even received ourfood. My chicken was good. But loaded potatoes were cold, and my husbands chipotle chicken was way over cooked. One of our partynever received their food. We ran out of drinks before we finished our food and had to hunt server down to get refills. Wayoverpriced , lousy food, and mediocre service. Seriously need to get it together. Read more
