I?ve ordered online from this location six times using multiple delivery apps and directly through Panera?s app. Only one order... has shown up with no issues. The rest were all missing an item except for the last order that, technically, was missing EVERYitem since it was delivered to the wrong address. Door Dash is the worst and they are the default service if you order directlywith Panera. Uber is better and is easier to deal with when there is a problem. I?ve had no trouble getting refunds for missingitems on Uber?s app with a few clicks. Door Dash requires waiting on hold to talk to someone on the other side of the world witha terrible accent and horrible connection. Panera wants no part of complaints and defers to/blames the delivery company eventhough it?s their fault they left out items from on order. Went in, just to get a free brownie for my Wife's birthday and I wished I would have gotten the lady's name. She made me feel... exceptionally special, even when just getting a free brownie! I'll definitely be going back as a paid customer! Read more

Panera itself evokes much feelings of warmth and excitement for me! The food here has always been amazing! Their candy cookies... are something I look forward to every single visit! The staff has always treated me with so much courtesy, attentiveness, andanticipation of needs. Ms. Eileen has always greeted me and made me feel important! This is a place that has become a staple inmy life like the baguet and butter I tear into with much delight! If you're needing a light meal or a hearty sandwich this isthe place! I go here several times a week. I love the Greek salads & Broccoli teriyaki chicken. YUMMY!! When they mistakenly forgot my... chicken in my 2 salads & I had to drive all the way back there, they gave me 2 extras salads. I was so happy! That's some greatcustomer service!! Read more
I order delivery from this location often as well as going to their drive thru. They are often out of something that I am trying... to order. Things usually go smoothly when I order delivery and my order is usually accurate. This time I ordered a full chickencaesar salad w/extra dressing on the side and a full bowl of broccoli cheddar soup. The prices for items ordered for deliveryonline are already more than if I went to the restaurant, but they had the nerve to send me a TINY salad with three pieces ofchicken that I paid $12 for. I clearly don?t mind paying for delivery but seriously this will be my last time ordering fromPanera Bread because it?s getting ridiculous. I do not recommend this store at all. Read more

And we don?t know where they get the... people serving customers in drive-thru, but gosh a greeting and a thank you would be nice - let?s just say training in customerservice would benefit all of them greatly.
