First thing first my door dash delivery driver was amazing so I will not blame her or door dash for this, i had purchased a... Pepsi with my order they didn?t give it to my door dasher, I wasn?t upset bout it . But as soon as I bit into the pizza ittasted weird so I looked the pizza was still doughy , I personally talked to the manager, she completely said her oven wasworking perfectly fine the pizza looked perfectly fine she is the one who made my pizza personally. Ordered a Shaq a Roni. I didn't look at it till I got home. All advertisements and pictures show cheese and pepperoni too the... edges. As you can see in pic not so! Did taste it. This was my first time ordering delivery from papa John?s. The pizza was delivered really fast, and the driver was very... courteous. The prices were a little higher than what I normally pay. I got the works pizza and a regular 2 topping pizza. Theworks pizza was ok, all of the toppings were kinda in the middle of the pizza so when you pick it up it all falls off, but otherthan that everything was fine! Not over or under cooked. Read more
Placed a carryout order through the mobile app today. I arrived beyond my estimated pick up time frame the app told me that it... should be ready. They had not even started my order. It was in the system. At 11:15am they did not seem that busy. The pizza didnot taste that good either. Not sure if they changed the crust or just rushed it. Not happy and i wont be back.
