Our pizza arrived an hour later than projected making it a total of 2 hours on a Thursday night. When the pizza finally arrived... it was cold and tasted like it had been sitting out for an hour or so. We did get everything we ordered and the delivery guyapologized for the wait but the pizza should not have been made if they knew they were short on drivers or whatever the case mayhave been. Horrible experience. Paid extra for pan pizza just to get hand tossed, the breadsticks were not made right they were extremely... flat and had no topping on them what so ever. Literally gave us 2 orders of sliced bread. When I called back and asked for arefund was told I couldn?t have one but they would give no more then a 5$ credit and Melissa told us that?s all she could do andhung up and refused to answer the phone and told every employee that answered to hang up on us when we were just trying tofigure out how they were going to fix it. We get pizza from this location once a week and always spend at least 50$ when weorder for pick up. Melissa totally disregarded her customer service skills refused to refund us and wouldn?t even tell us whatshe was going to do to make it right. Nothing was done to fix the food we paid for but did not get. Basically stole our money. Read more

Fast delivery it was like 30 minutes. Driver was nice enough to give packets of pepper and cheese without me asking I... appreciated that. Pizza was hot and tasted great as well. This is a good Pizza Hut. Read more

Ordered a medium pizza (3 topping) with 8 boneless wings, 4 bottles of pop, and bread sticks. When I ordered online, it gave me... a double order of bread sticks and I was unable to change it to one order, but they got eaten anyways! I had ordered a varietyof pop, but only received Pepsi and Sierra Mist. I honestly don't mind that mix up though. The quality of the food was greatfront he taste to the temperature to the time it arrived. It was overall a great experience. I paid I believe $37 for that whichalso included the delivery fee. Last night, I pre ordered my 3 pizzas an hour ahead of time but apparently 1 pizza was never made. When my son arrived to pick... up at the scheduled pick up time, he was told it was being REMADE which cannot be done to something never made. I called to findout why it was taking so long and the manager was out right rude. I asked what was the problem as I was not the one picking upthe order. Then when I asked if a discount had been applied because again I was not the one picking up and was unsure, theperson on the phone (whom I found out was Anna the GM) says ?Well, it was made. We are a little busy here.? I wasn?t even thatupset they were 15 minutes late for an order they had an hour to make. But that woman was so rude and it was uncalled for. Itwas their mistake. They were wrong. We were given nothing but attitude and 2 pizzas that had to sit for 15 minutes while theyREMADE the third pizza that they never made to begin with.
