The normal with majority of restaurants now, the customer service sucks. The young lady didn't even let us get our complete... order out without continuously cutting us off. Then at the window, she asked if we needed any honey, jelly or sauce and beforewe could answer she closed the window. We asked for half and half with the chicken we got all mild. Smh! Read more

I go to Popeyes whenever I can. The service is good,the employees are capable, and friendly. I eat in because the atmosphere... is relaxing. Every time I come here I have an issue. This last time I was in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. All I ordered was 2... biscuits! They are slow as molasses! U can never get in and out. Good job Popeyes! Your chicken is fully cooked. Everything is really delicious. We took some chicken to our family members that... are shut in. We left them a 16 pc chicken, mashed potatoes with gravy, macaroni cheese, Cole slaw. Last week we went to theother chicken place and their looked good until we got it home to start eating it and found it half cooked that we couldn't eatit. My 86 year old mom said that y'all's chicken tasted just like her grandmother's chicken. You made her proud. This will be My Last time! Waited almost 1 hour for my food( order placed at 2:49pm and received food at 3:37 pm) while the... employees were more interested with each other than doing their job. The Girl behind the Front counter went to the bathroom 3times and the last time she came out she was wiping her nose with her hands after leaving the bathroom and never went back towash her hands just went back in to behind the front counter! Ordered food on 28Jun. Paid 14.43. Was told there will be a 10 min wait. While waiting, saw workers come in from smoke ... break and one came in to start work. None of them washed their hands. They just went in and started handling the food. No onewas wearing hair nets nor disposable gloves. Said something to the cashier about it and one of the men who did not wash hishands got mad and refused to wash hands. We ended up walking out without the food we paid for. Popeyes need to set a standardfor their employees to follow and ensure that they follow those standards. Read more
