Waitress was arrogant, condecending, and a know it all. There were two charges added to the bill that were not reflected in... order. A way to get $$ without increasing menu prices. The gratuity was added in to the bill. That is not a good play. Food wastasty, though portions were small. Looking at the prep area, a person would have to wonder if it was cleaned since it was built.Both stars of my rating go to the cooks. They were good and funny. Very entertaining. Read more
Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Everything about this place is disgusting. Place is dirty, food was not good (and... extremely overpriced), and workers are unsanitary. I saw a lady run the credit card machine and then stuck her whole hand in adrink she was making to get ice out? This is the worst Hibachi ever!! The food itself wasnt horrible except the noodles are literally spaghetti noodles with sauce... on them. The portions are ridiculously small. The chef didnt throw any food for the kids to try and catch. The worst thinghowever, were the bathrooms. The mens bathroom was one of the filthiest, nastiest bathrooms I have ever seen. The cook was bad but we did have a baby. He was scared so the chef couldn't do anything that scared him. He could have it least... made joke's or something but only consentrated on cooking. Waitress was awesome. Time of waiting was awesome Read more
The whole experience was odd. So our cook was amazing!!!!! The waitress and hostess were at odds a lot. Plus the waitress was... impatient and rude. We overheard the discussion between the hostess and the waitress about not putting people at one tablebecause the 2 chefs don't get along and they would be back to back. It's crazy the stuff we heard. Oh and while we didn't getsushi the ladies next to us came specifically for that and didn't find out until after they had drink orders and soup in frontof them that there was no sushi. I would say that needs to be put on the door and told before being sat. They were not happy. Read more
Shogun, shogun, shogun....The food didn't disappoint. I ordered sushi and gyoza while the rest of the family ordered hibachi.... The Cowboy roll with fried shrimp, spicy tuna' and deep fried was very delicious. The same goes with the Tuna sashimi; verybuttery and melted in my mouth. Service was also great. What wasn't great was the cook. He made no interactions with the guests, nor did he really do anything while cooking for entertainment. The facilities were found to be wanting as well. The menus wereold and torn up as were the walls. Needs a good wipe down, fresh coat of paint and some wood work. It would look a lot betterfor nothing in dollar sense compared to what you pay for a meal. I would've gave a 3.5 if I could've. We will probably gosomewhere else for future hibachi. Read more
A nice low light atmosphere, with a warm motif. The food came fast, the waitress was kind and helpful. The portions were more... than satisfactory, and the flavors were not overwhelming. It was a hearty savory meal. Read more
We sat at one of the grill tables. The food and service was pretty good. But when I called to make the reservation at about... 3:00 for dinner that night at 5:30 I specifically asked if they sell sushi at the grill table too, and was told yes. We gotthere sat down and when we went to order were told that the sushi kitchen was closed. Wish they would have told me when I maidthe reservation, or at least before we were sat. Because of this I just can't give them more than 3 stars. Read more
