I came with a friend on Veterans Day and there were only 2 employees working. I don?t think the manager or proprietor of this... location was prepared for the volume of business this place was going to face for Veteran?s Day. I am grateful to receive a freesmoothie on Veteran?s day, I just think there should?ve been better preparation. The time from ordering and receiving mysmoothie was about 45 minutes. I frequently order from this site as it is convenient for me to drop in and p/up my breakfast. I've ordered Curbside from here... once before and left a tip when I online ordered and the young lady brought it out to me. Then a week later, I did the sameexact online order and was told "nonchalantly" by the same young lady, "We don't do curbside". They should take it off thewebsite OR insert a disclaimer in the app so that ppl are not misinformed when they online order... Four customers still waiting outside to purchase smoothies from this location. They have hours posted that indicate the shop... opens at 10AM, as well as the ?Open? sign hanging from inside their window. It?s now 7 minutes after 10AM, and one of thewaiting customers just left. I don?t blame them, we are about to leave as well and not revisit. Not a great experience, to saythe least. Smoothie King - Get your staff to work on time in order to provide better customer service, you aren?t going to lastlong otherwise. I've been coming here for 3 years and I'm aware we all have bad days.. but today was by far the most horrid customer service... I've had at any smoothie king! I always order the same things vegan pineapple spinach and metabolism mango ginger boost. Thislady managed to mess both up I went back in calmly to reorder and quietly told her that the smoothie was not what it usuallytaste like and paid for my second order , she didn't even apologize and guess what I'm still waiting for it to be my order tastebland and chunky with ice. PS. I ordered it ahead of time the first time and had to wait 10mins past pick up time. I'm reallydisappointed because this was my place to come after my workouts. I was famished. On the verge of collapse. So weak I could not walk. So I crawled into the smoothie King. Ordered the 40 oz... gladiator. Chocolate of course, with bananas and peanut butter and went to town on it. Thank you smoothie King for saving mylife. Read more
This is the worst smoothie king I?ve ever been to. I order the same thing every time and it never taste the same. There?s always... something missing. These smoothies are too expensive for the staff to leave out ingredients. Then there are people working herethat can?t stop goofing off long enough or quit texting on their phones to wait on their customers. Three employees, me the onlycustomer, and it was a battle to see who was gonna stop texting, jumping up and down or standing there doing nothing to wait onme. Then they started making smoothies for someone that came after me before they made mine. The bathroom was so dark you couldbarely see in there.
