I ordered 2 large orders of mozarella sticks. They gave me one order of mozzarella sticks and freaking jalapeno poppers the... receipt had the right order so idk where the heck the poppers came from. Maybe cause the lady who gave the food to the drivethru lady was on the phone instead of working. I can't eat spicy stuff and i have to get some rest before work. Pay attention tothe orders.. now i have wasted $6! Also next time when someone's ordering don't be so pushy. Read more
It's a sonic. You want fast food with a touch more variety and cool slushies and shakes this can be your jam. I like drive thru... but also you can sit in the stahls in your car and sit and just chill with the kids, which is pretty cool. Is the food alwaysoutstanding? No. But it's fast food. Read more
Order was totally wrong. Ordered American hotdog meal and got chili dog. Also diet coke float had no ice cream. There was an ice... cube in it and vanilla flavoring??!!! Too far away to go back. I won't be back at that one. Read more
Today my husband and I went there for lunch we ordered and left to go home to eat and when we got home I was in total disbelief... the onion rings were awful half of the breading was gone and my cheeseburger looked like it was sitting for hours it was gross.My husband got two corn dogs they were very greasy. The only thing that was good was the drink. We went to this sonic becauseall the others around town are also gross so we thought we would give this one a try and boy were we sorry we will never go toanother sonic. Oh man I'm addicted to this place. Their slushies are to die for ???? other food stuff is pretty good too. i genuinely genuinely... wish Sonic was in Europe. I think they'd do fantasticly there. Hek, imagine a bike-through in The Netherlands, that'd dofantasticly, I'm certain. Read more
Every time i come to this location, my food is always made fresh and the employees are friendly. I order the same thing every... time. French toast sticks and a supersonic premium burrito with no meat. A few months ago they were short staffed, in the midstof frustration the young lady working the window was very patient and informative. Generally, not a bad place. A bit on the pricier side for fast food. Service is slow. We usually love their shakes. Last night... we ordered the new custard concrete shakes. My husband found a sizable amount of white powder in the bottom of his. I decided Ihad better check mine, as well. I had it too. The shakes were not blended who at all. My hubby said to let it go, which Iusually do, but this was completely unacceptable. I wanted my money back and to be sure they wake up and pay attention so theydon't do this to other guests. I drove all the way back. An employee was outside. As I walked up holding my shakes, she askedme if there was a problem with them. I said, "Yes. They are full of white powder". She said okay, took my tray and walkedinside. I assumed she was letting management know. I waited...and waited...and waited until I was ready to syst banging on theglass. Finally, I was able to wave someone down. She comes out and asks if I am still waiting on my shakes. I tell her I donot want more, I wanted a refund. Only then do I sees a manager. She comes outside and Al's what the problem is. I tell her. She asks me do I have a receipt. The employee had taken it. She walks away. When she returns, she informs me that she hadrefunded my two shakes. Quite frankly, this has severely soured my opinion of this location. I got my money back for two out offive shakes. Yes, only two were bad, but I had to drive back, wait ten plus minutes and my husband said his mouth wasburning from this powder. Nor good enough. I emailed the GM who said we can talk today and she would recreate our order of wegive them another chance. Also the white powder was custard powder to thicken the shakes. Good to know. Still burned myhusband's mouth. I think I'm over them! What did I give my children?! That's what you get with fast food, I guess. Read more
