I parked and ordered/ate at a table outside. The order process was affected by road noise and police sirens, but once it died... down they still misinterpreted my "barqs root beer" to be "large root beer" I corrected on the readback but then it ended upstill being a large. Not a big deal, less than a dollar. I was honestly impressed at the service and speed when our order wasbrought out - almost felt like a sit down restaurant type of service. Keep that up! Especially since there is a tip option whenpaying, it makes sense to be providing that bit extra. Although tipping before service is provided is pretty backward. I wouldlike to know how those tips are allocated. Does the server actually get it or is it just allocated to everyone? Looks like quitea few reviewers had negative experiences, but I had a good one. I prefer this sonic over the rest. I'm 8 months pregnant and crave the ice like I did in my first 2 pregnancies so I go... frequently. Their ice machine seems to be the cleanest. The ice tastes better from here and I find specs of "build up" I guessin ice from the other locations. The employees are always kind and my order is usually always correct and they're quick to fixit if it isn't. Read more
Avoid this location if possible. The kitchen may be fully staffed; however they seem to pick and choose which orders to... complete and send out. I've waited over 30 minutes or more for drinks, more than one occasion. Many vehicles that arrived longafter the order was placed, received a large amount and left. (They could have been mobile orders, but not several vehiclesparked and drive through). Read more

After two failed attempts to grab food tonight, after working 14 hours at a hospital in Nashville, I was actually able to get... some food from Sonic! Not only were they the only one out of three restaurants that I tried to even order from that would takemy order but they were friendly. The food was great and it was fast. I will change my review from last night. We came back today to get our Sonic fix. Our Sonic app was not working and wouldn't... allow us to place the order and get the mobile order discounts. So, the first employee came out and attempted to fix my issue.She couldn't and then the manager came out. He checked with their tech support and nothing was wrong with the mobile app. So, heallowed us to order and gave worked something out for a discount. Never had this happen before but I found a hair in my burger. Super disappointing because otherwise the service wasn't bad
