My coffee was hot and tastee and my cranberry bliss bar was delicious. Being that it was red cup day i still got my mobile order... in good timing. Staff were nice despite the fact they were super busy! If you can still smile and be nice through all themadness you have my up most respect and appreciation! Absolutely the worst as far as timing. Ordered on the mobile app. And it took 30 minutes past my estimated time! Stood around... as people that ordered after me received their orders. Starbucks do better!!! Zero stars if I could! Read more
Unfortunately my husband ordered the wrong drink for me, which is fine I went in and asked if it was possible just to get it... iced. Essence was working and was more than happy to remake the coffee. Good customer service is what keeps me coming back! Read more
Everything was amazing! Giving four stars because my pup was obviously begging for a Starbucks pup treat and she completely... ignored him..he knows the drill and she did not.. ive never taken him to Starbucks and had to ask for his pup treat its alwaysvery happily offered to him. Read more
