Went through drive thru for two shakes. Took fifteen minutes and then they handed us a bag with food in it. Told them it wasn't... our and five minutes later finally got our shakes, only 2/3 full. Then they gave the bag of food to the car behind us. Prettysure that is not sanitary. Read more

The food tasted good other than the pickles. Thad an odd flavor, maybe that's just me, maybe they need to be checked. Possibly... not being stored properly. I saw two separate employees touch their face while wearing gloves and didn't change their glovesbefore touching food. I have some cleanliness concerns. Didn't get sick and other than the pickles everything tasted fine! Fastservice. Is everyone here food safety certified and practicing safe food handling? It'd be a shame if someone got sick. Steak and Shake has definitely changed. There are no servers. Now you pay for your food at a kiosk and you are given a number.... They call you to get your food and shakes separately. Tables were dirty, there was no one to bus them. You put your own trays,baskets, and glasses on the trash can area. Food was okay but Hamburger was a tad bit crispy on the edges. Bathroom was a mess.Baby seats were sticky (high chair and booster). Just not what I am used to. Read more

I would just like to state that the food was exceptional; however, customer service seems to be an after thought at this... location. I ordered 3 burgers. One burger had regular buns and the other two burgers had the "Baker's Bun". When we arrivedhome, none of the bugers had the "Baker's Bun", they all had regular buns. I immediately called to resolve the issue. Andre themanager, this is directed to you Ma'am. Let say that I am an extremely understandable person. I understand people make mistakes,because we are human; therfore, I wasn't upset over this minute error. When a customer informs you of a mistake, please have theintestinal fortitude to fathom that you possibly could have made a mistake. Instead, you decided to insult my intelligence as ifI wasn't able to differentiate between what I ordered, versus what I received. You also implied I was fabricating the entiresituation by saying (to paraphrase) "Well, I was on grill and I know I made sure what you got was right because I know you paidfor it so I made sure." You displayed disdainful mannerisms and it was utterly revolting. Please do better in the near future. Read more

My order has been wrong every time I?ve been here. Took almost 30 minutes for them to bring out a single burger that they messed... up of course. Don?t even bother wasting your time coming here. Read more

The manager/cook looked as though she was mad that she had to breathe when I said hello?the rest of the staff was friendly. The... ?triple steak burger? was smashed so thin it was the consistency of potato chips?.but the parking lot was empty as was thebuilding so I guess everyone knew how horrible it was but me?Sad. I used to love this place. I won?t be back, and I do notrecommend. Read more

I had not been to steak and shake since 2017 until I came today. They can no longer take orders at tables due to the corns virus... but the service was still amazing and the employees were super kind. Covid friendly. The staff where masks at all times. Come tosteak and shake! ???????? Read more
