Friendly staff, food was fresh as expected, lots of new menu options.
I think the problem is that the store is poorly managed - there were 3 junior staff working but it was so quiet, they were... standing around cracking jokes. And it's a bad sign when my first 2 choices were unavailable - how can you be out of chicken andmeatballs at 5pm on a Sunday? Read more

bro we stood in line for an hour for two sandwiches, there was only one employee wrking up front , while idk if there was anyone... in the bck , bad customer service to me bc if yk people hungry why move at the slowest. and the orange juice was separated gaveme expired vibes but maybe thats me . Stopped by here for lunch well traveling through but had to wait in line for a very long time. Store had 3 guys working one not... even in uniform. The guys were more interested in talking to each other and goofing around then making sandwiches. Watched onewho was making sandwiches wearing gloves touch all over things especially his hat and hair then continued to make people'ssandwiches. The guy in front of me must have also because he asked him to change his gloves. Bottom line is these kids need somesupervision. Food was not bad though. Read more
I placed an online order this afternoon. They messed it up REALLY bad. Every sandwich was missing toppings, and the 6 inch... turkey sub i got only had two slices of turkey. So I called the store and let them know. I was told to come back later andthey would fix it. I came in about an hour later and they remade all three sandwiches on my order without question. My onlyreal complaint was what they let get out the door the first time. The way they made amends was perfect though. I'll visit thislocation again. Read more
Nice employees, clean. Quick, good sub. Edited 2/1/2020 - Spoke too soon. New guy not trained very well. I have gotten this... same exact sub at several subways in several states. Never seen this. Just pulled the roast beef out and put it on, 2 pieceseach side. Knocked a star off due to quality control. Read more
