My daughter and I walked in at 8:40 (I?m writing this at 8:55 and it?s supposed to close at 9). The lady working immediately let... out a huge sigh and told her kid to lock the doors and then asked me how many sandwiches. I told her 4 and then she went on arant about how she had already done her bread count and she was closed. I asked her what time they closed? She said, ?I CLOSEDat 8, I was supposed to have my kids home already and be gone. I?m not even supposed to be here now.? She kept walking back andforth getting louder and I honestly just walked out. Extremely unprofessional. If my shift is over at 7 and I told my patients*I* wasn?t going to take care of them starting at 6 while my kids ran around my unit because I was supposed to ?have been hadthem home?. I would be F I R E D. We have start and closing times for a reason and had she been decent about it without loads ofattitude I absolutely would have given her some grace and told her I understood and politely left. William went above and beyond to ensure our family was satisfied. He was very friendly and made the rainy day brighter for sure.... Everything looked and tasted great and the customer service was even better so we?ll definitely be back to this location when wecome into town again. 8 years of driving back and forth to Clarksville and this is the best Subway in town. Only subway I will eat at! Majority of the workers are very friendly, fast paced, and great sandwich artists!!! All of the... female employees are very nice and the girl with the blond hair I think her name is Maddie, she is the best one jus my ownopinion lol As far as positive and upbeat attitude and she always makes my sandwiches the absolute best way and then some!!! A fly landed in the bacon strips then crawled all over them, so I passed on it. When I mentioned it to the employee she said ok... but did nothing about it. In fact she served that contaminated bacon on a sandwich to a police officer who came in behind me.After I left and began eating half my sandwich, I stopped and found mold on the bread that's supposedly baked fresh daily.Disgustingly nasty location, they really don't deserve this one star. Super friendly service! Fast and efficient. Food was great. Mother and son team waited on me and they were fabulous. Great... personalities and engaging. Would definitely recommend to others.
