Disappointed. Went here for lunch, and got a sub, when it came down to do the veggies, they all looked old and nasty, the... lettuce was brown, and shriveled. When I mentioned to the worker it looked nasty him and another coworker laughed. Now I?msitting here scared to eat my sub, if they can?t even get new lettuce how old is the meat? Just wanna take a moment and say that I have always had a good experience here until today. The older woman working today at... lunch time (12p) was incredibly rude (like usual), but today blew me away because she was especially rude to other staff rightin front of customers. There was a new guy (young guy with dreads, sorry I didnt see his nametag) who was super nice and was intraining and obviously trying to learn. Every chance she got, the woman was super rude to him and instead of helping him andexplaining things she was talking as if she was highly annoyed at everything he did and at one point even announced to customersvery loudly that she was "sorry" about him because he was new. I felt terrible for him. He made my sub and was afraid to eventalk loud because the lady. I hope he sees this and I hope that he doesnt let people like that get to him and I hope themanagers here rethink who they allow their new hires to work with, especially for training. Read more

I placed an online order and specifically wrote in the instructions that my sandwich needed to be heated because I?m pregnant... and can?t eat cold lunch meat. I got back to work and when I took the sandwich out I could feel how cold the sandwich was beforeeven opening the wrapper. Thanks for completely disregarding something that needed to be done, now I can?t eat my sandwich. Read more

This store was sub-par all around. Clerks weren't aware of any of the new sandwiches. The online ordering was a joke;... non-responsive if they don't fill your order. Then had to deal with attitude when my food wasn't ready for curbsidepickup-because they didn't make it. All in all, I'll go to a different one. Read more

I?m a pretty consistent regular at this location and the staff is always friendly and enjoyable to talk to while preparing my... sandwich. The sandwich is always delicious and because I get the same thing over and over they remembered my order and know whatI?m getting every time. There?s some staff members that leave me cracking up hysterically because of their humorous approach tocustomer service. I?ll continue to be a regular here, always a good experience. Read more

Employee refused to complete online orders until after all in lobby had been completed. App said it be ready by 820p. I actually... had to get in line to get my order completed. 35 mins later I walked out with my food. Employees told us that their manager,Loretta maybe, told them not to complete online orders until there wasn't anyone in the lobby. What's the point of orderingahead then? I was making an order over the app today and the young lady at the store, I believe her name was Dawn called to advise they... could not toast our sandwiches, she was gracious enough to make sure to change my pickup time and curbside pickup. Somehow Imissed that part online.. ???? she was so kind and apologetic even though it's not her fault!! I arrived a little early and theybrought the food right out apologized again, the young lady added that they had made sure the sandwiches were made exact. I gothome and we opened them up and she was accurate!! They were perfect, thank you so much, I will visit this location again Read more
