Store is ran by teenagers in the evening who don't care about their jobs or the store. Your sandwich is sloppily made. They... complain about online orders that come in, very loudly. They gossip openly while making your food. Dining room is usuallydisgusting. An adult definitely needs to be here to supervise these kids and teach them how to handle a job seriously. Read more
DON'T DO IT! I wish I read the reviews before coming! This place has ONE STAR on Yelp! The employees are SO RUDE, they made the... sandwiches very sloppily and literally putting 3 pieces of each vegetable, you have to say "extra" THREE times to get a normalamount. Then we get to the register, the cashier is incredibly rude, refuses to scan our QR code coupon, and then when we giveher a physical coupon she proceeds to RUDELY claim our order does not qualify when we have made the EXACT SAME order before withour coupon with no issues!! This was seriously the worst customer service I have ever received and I will never come back, and IWILL be calling corporate about this experience! Read more
Horrible! I don't know why we go there, you never know what you're going to get. One bmt sub sandwich didn't have the salami and... the other the bead was tough and hard and chewy. Completely waste of $14.00 The lettuce is always brown, I don't ever get thatanymore. Read more
Sign on door says closes at 7pm. 6:25 doors are locked and employees not responding to the three different customers pulling on... the door. Called on phone. It was answered "Hello", not Subway " Hello". I asked why they were closed. Employee said they hadtoo much cleaning up to do to wait on customers, so they can leave at 7pm Read more
They lock their doors around 6:15 6:20. So you better get there before 6:00 if want to get a sandwich. This has happen to me 3... times now. They just keep cleaning and don?t even act like they want to serve you. Read more
I don?t recommend eating at this location. The general manager or owner is very incompetent and rude. The salad that I ordered... on Monday had fake spinach or some type of particles that resembled spinach. Today I had a broken piece of the black chop bowlthat resembled an olive. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and give them a heads up to make sure they pay particularattention when making people's food orders, that they aren?t accidentally putting non-food items on the salad. However, theyounger employees would always respond, ?what else would you like on your sandwich,? as if what I am saying has no relevance. Ispoke with one manager and she apologized but did not rectify the situation. The owner refunded me but was rude and unfriendly.I guess customer services isn?t a required skill set anymore. Rude and unnecessarily terse. I ordered my my small order ahead of time and by the time I came in they said we?re not even... started on your order, we had five people come in before hand but were unapologetic about it. I understand not having an orderready- things happen especially when there is a rush.
