I decided to get Taco Bell pretty late In the evening and when I pulled up to place my order In the drive thru the girl told me... that her registers or computers or something were doing some sort of update, something like that, so I drove around and pulledInto a parking spot and decided to go on my phone for about 10-15 minutes, pulled back around asked If the update was completedshe said yes It was. This is not what I paid for. I ordered meat and cheese on everything I ordered. Instead I received 5-7 pcs of meat, cheese, and... everything else that I specifically asked to not have. They confirmed my order on the screen, they took my money, and theydisregarded my requests...again. I have a very difficult time ordering food from this location because my order has always beenincorrect. I am thankful to not have any life threatening allergies because I would have died already. No one checks the foodbefore providing it to paying customers and they all make Taco Bell look bad. Please go to the location located on WilmaRudolph because the staff there have been very consistent. They also include napkins everytime. Read more
Man helping train on the drive thru around 2:30 on Oct 21 was very rude for no reason. He could not seem to get our order right... (we were patient- no hurry here). I?d recommend he lose the attitude and direct the energy he spends being rude to learning todo his job properly. Trainee was very nice. Food was unsatisfactory. Fries were cold. Ordered food for delivery. Order was completely wrong. It's like the workers do not read the whole order especially if there is... add one or removal of something. If I could do a negative they would get a -50. Over it with this location. They get paid $14 +a hour and don't the a job correctly Read more
Disgusting x2. Went threw the drive thru around 130/2pm and all of my items were old or improperly made. My chicken quesadilla... was mostly cheese and tortilla. Came back to rectify SOME of my food with the manager and she had an attitude about it andwanted to see the improperly made food (I guess because she didn?t believe it). The food we received in return was stillimproperly made but a bit fresher but was thrown at us with a ?here just go? attitude by the manager. Pics below for proof smh.Won?t be coming here again. The worst Taco Bell in town. They?ve been out of Taco Bell bags for months now. Every time I go there the food is always... prepared sloppy. Like somebody just threw it together, this morning they said their coffee machine wasn?t working after I placedthe order. The quality overall is just bad to me. Great location being on Tiny Town road, but maybe they need someone to comedown & give them more training on providing quality fast food. Read more
The only reason I go to this location is because it?s so close to my house. I?ve had multiple bad experiences and enough time... passes and I decide to give them another chance because I want a quick dinner. It never fails, they never make the menu itemcorrectly or give you what you ordered. The shells and chips are always stale. This was my ?crunch wrap supreme? I was very pleased with their service tonight! I didn't even have a wait time long enough to finish a text message. Both staff... members had great attitudes and seemed to be happy to help. The food was warm and 100% accurate even with my many alterations. Read more
