Avoid at all costs during night shift ! Never again. Contacting corporate about the abysmal food we've got everytime we have... given them a second chance !!! Update: Thursday night, 10:30 PM 10-13: I told my girlfriend never again after she said "it'scloser to home let's give it another shot". Gordita crunch missing it's shell. Lettuce shrapnel and sour cream where old foodhad been scraped and re wrapped instead of making it fresh. Taco shells literally melted into mush. Greasy wet wrappers. Nachosdumped upside down in the bag, and instead of my nacho fries with the Truff dip, I got an old mushy order of loafers nacho fries? Update-Monday night 9:15 8-22: Decided to give it another shot. On this side of town again and craving Taco Bell. Locationwas dead again with only one other car in drive through. Got all our items this time but quality was still abysmal. Got chalupasand the shell was inedible. Could tell it had been prepped long before we got there. If they would have put the sauce on themmaybe I could have choked it down but ended up scavenging the insides and throwing away the shell. Same for everything else wegot. We order no lettuce and by the shrapnel you could tell it had been scraped off our items and rewrapped. Highly disappointedand kicking myself for giving them another chance. Guess I'll just eat the time difference next time and drive to the Riversidelocation. Previous review: Surprised it was dead at 2am on a Saturday. After tonight though, I think it *might* be becauseeveryone is frequenting the quality Taco Bells on Madison Street, and to a lesser extent Ft. Cambell Blvd. What food we did get(missing three items) was poorly assembled and missing half the ingredients. And for some strange reason everything was justobnoxiously drenched in liquid cheese. I still love their doritos locos tacos. The worker was very nice. Their was a bit if of a line in the drivethru. They did... forget the cinnamon twists and the line was too much of a wait to run back through and the lobby was closed. Read more

On August 12th, 2022 at 12:45 pm, I ordered three tacos. Once my name was called to get the order from the counter, the man from... behind the line pretty much tossed my food on the counter. Opened the bag to find my tacos have all been cracked. Good job man! Read more
Every experience I?ve had ordering from the Wilma location has been great! Shout out to (I believe she was the manager ) the... sweet lady at the window who gave me my baja blast! I always love going to that location, one of the two locations I will eat atin Clarksville! Always gets my orders right & goes above and beyond with customer satisfaction and of course they will alwayshave your sauce in the bag! Read more
Ordered regulate tacos in a party box. Pretty sure it?s suppose to come with at least lettuce and cheese. All it was a tortilla... and the beef. And I also asked for all soft tacos and instead I got half and half. All the same garbage! Read more
5/27/22 I got 2 beef chalupa supremes with no tomato. I'd be fine if there was still tomato in there (there was) but I'm not... fine with a stale shell. It was so stale they barely put any meat, lettuce, etc in there. It even broke when I opened it as seenin the picture. Never going to this taco bell again. Waste of $8. Also the young man that switched drive thru shifts as I pulledup around 6pm was extremely rude. I understand he might have been having a bad day, but that doesn't mean completely ignore mewhen I talk to you and not even make eye contact when handing over the food. Daniel was super friendly to my 9 year old who doesn?t eat Taco Bell often because she doesn?t know what she?d like from there.... He asked her a few questions and found the perfect taco for her. Daniel brought us our food, which he didn?t have to do. He wassuper accommodating and went above and beyond for those dining in, checking on us, making sure our food was great, etc. And thenHarry also helped us out in the end too! Read more
