The service is okay but can somebody tell me why they close their lobby doors at 7pm?! If you?re DoorDashing and see an order... from this Wendy?s, do yourself a favor and decline it. They lock their doors even before dinner rush and force you to throughthe drive thru line like ordering customers. Takes forever to complete your pick up this way. This was the worst experience I've ever had at Wendy's I will never go back I will never buy any of their food. The burger was... cold so off the bat that's a violation for health reasons. The pickles they use are nothing but cucumbers with a little flavorand for those of us that are allergic to cucumbers and we don't expect it it makes the food inedible. The soda machine thatdispenses the Sprite has really no flavor it tastes like mildew which is really just the carbonation there was no flavoring forthe drink itself. I called to report this to the manager and obviously he wasn't listening because he asked me who delivered myfood when I had just advised him that I went through the drive-thru and picked it up so it's not like the manager really caresto make a product that's going to be beneficial and that somebody can eat I just feel they don't care they really don't care andWendy's corporation needs to look into this if you're going to have their name then they have your bad reputation Read more
Me and my son went to Wendy's on riverside drive. The food was delicious. No matter if its a value burger or not they seem to... always put lettuce, tomatoes,. Most places for a value burger you get bread, meat, mustard,ketchup. We also got to see buildingsince they remodeled. It looked very nice. Good job Wendy's!! Read more
This Wendy's is decent. Definitely not the best, but still alright. The remodel of the interior has made it quite bland.... Evidently that isn't the workers' responsibility, so it doesn't affect my rating, but overall the atmosphere is quite stale savefor the existing side hallway they maintained with local history related to the 2010 floods. In regards to the food, it wasalright. Presentation was a bit sloppy, but given the choice of burger, I don't expect perfection as there's a lot of topping tofit on such small buns. Food has always been great, and service is excellent and fast. The food is never greasy and does not taste like fast food. I... love the burgers and fries; they really hit that craving! I love the signature burgers they come.out with. I have yet to bedisappointed. Read more
They messed up our order three times. First time they brought out the wrong items and left out stuff we could tell before they... even handed it to us because they didn?t have everything second times we noticed when we got home that our sandwiches weren?teven the same kind of meat lol then we headed back they once ago gave us the wrong sandwiches it was same style just yet againbeef I don?t under how you mess us that many times in a row on the same order lol.
