First visit to this location. Cheerfully greeted by the staff. Ordered two breakfast sandwich combos. The tater tots were fresh... and hot. For some reason, the sandwiches were not. Personally, I think the tots weren't ready to be served so the sandwichesjust sat and cooled. Next time, we will order just sandwiches and drinks and if we want them we will order the sides separately.The floors in the dining area needed to be mopped. My shoes stuck to the floor wherever I walked. At 10 am there were no lightson in the dining area. Were they trying to encourage drive through business perhaps? Read more
The tiny little burgers actually look like the pictures, which is insanely rare. The impossible sliders are nice and are still... quite nostalgic for me. The fries are great and they are starting to pay their employees more and it is showing through with thequality in comparison to years ago. Read more
I only get breakfast from white castle. It's a good breakfast. The medium hashbrowns are a good size for anyone. The service is... very friendly. Only downside is, how long it takes to get your food. Read more
Did a moblie order but food never came. When I finally asked about it and gave the order number they looked into it, printed a... slip and completed the order. I ordered coffee and was handed an empty cup for the soda machine. Would not recommend using theapp or doing a mobile order. Also, not very friendly staff. Read more
I hadn't had white castle in years as there aren't any locations near me. We stopped here while traveling to Metropolis. It was... so good! There was a long line so we almost passed it up, but decided to wait and we pleasantly surprised at how quickly theline moved and we got our food. It was perfectly priced and the staff was friendly. The sandwiches were actually much betterthan the ones we got from the locations that had to be near me. White Castle has stepped up their game at this location. OMG, I love this place. Tinny little burgers are so delicious and Soooo filling. Yum.???? Unfortunately I couldn't experience... the full experience of it. Like dinning in. ???? Do to COVID. ????????????????? Oh and they have Big Red!???????? Fries andonion rings very good. My son tried the one with beacon and lettuce he it was great and filling. For me it hits the spot. Greatdrink with great food. Very tasty, fresh and delicious.???? This packaging is awesome. Oh and it's not expensive at all. Greatpricing. Friendly and looks clean in there. I would definitely recommend trying it. For a box of 20 burgers and 4 fries. Is $22and some change plus tax. Awesome!! It's an exciting experience for us. Lol Great job everyone that works there. We ordered our food online it was to be ready at 209 p.m. we got there at 1:55pm waited at the line that says online pickups for... 5 minutes then ask are we supposed to be in this line a young lady tried to help who was nice but when she asked I guess themanager she just snapped her and said they're going to have to wait they need to get in line so of course we got in line by thetime we pay for our food it was 2:15 p.m. by the time we got our food it was 2:46 p.m. so I was not happy with the time that ittook food was okay but did not like the service.
