Extremely disappointing food. Ordered a 20 piece boneless with extra hot honey mustard. Specifically said nicely, extra extra... wet. Bone dry, no sauce, so no flavor. White cheddar bites were cold and did not come with the marinara sauce like usual. Thiswas my second time at this location in a year, and both times have been like this. Will not be back and cannot understand howplaces like this stay open. Mind you it was 6pm and packed, so you would think the food would at least be fresh and hot. Read more

Even though I went for my birthday to get a cookie, I downloaded the app and got some food also. Always a great atmosphere

It's worst enough this location stop carrying thousand island dressing. I order anyways cause I love the fresh cucumbers in... house salad. Tonight my order had in a frozen tomato that was in mid thaw mid slush. The cucumbers was also mid frozen.Terrible. Ruin my whole appetite. Was gonna eat it anyways went to get the blue cheese dressing, they gave ranch instead. Smhyall always close for training but still making mistakes . Trash. Read more

I was there around 7:30pm food was fresh in hot. not many customers @ exit 1 location . Seen that they have two entry ways one... coming from corner gas station and other from main road . Wish they had one more coming from the rear of building woulddefinitely help with all the traffic in the area. Read more

The food was horrible. The fries was cold and were not done..no crisp or color to them at all. The chicken tenders was not done... and barely at room temp. I do not think I will ever eat at Zaxby's again. It use to be my go to but there is no excuse for thefood to be way undercooked. They were busy but that is no excuse to serve food that way.
