Went to McDonald's ordered a cheeseburger just one had to take it back. And they still did not give me what I ask for my fries... was hard as rocks. Drive thru totally got our order wrong. They asked me to pull forward to wait on our order. Waited nearly 20 minutes for them to... bring my $40 order out (2 #7?s, a 20 piece, a double cheese burger and some drinks, why is this $40??). When they finally did,the associate asked what I ordered. I told her exactly what I ordered, she said ?good, this is the right one. I drove 25 minuteshome only to find out that it was not our order, but a specialty order no one in my family would eat. Called the manager on dutyand was told that a refund could not be processed if I didn?t return. I live 25 minutes away, they would not pay for my time orgas. Food went into the trash and I?m out $40. Visiting from out of town and realized there are few late-night options. I never go to McDonalds but glad I did tonight. Hot and... fresh, even at 11pm. To all the other reviewers, yes as with most fast food obviously most staff is new and at peak timesservice might be slow and under-standard. This is fast food not fine dining. Read more

Went threw the drive threw had to go back in for my frys and then when we looked at the chicken sandwich we ordered with extra... mayo and pickles it was plain so I had to go back in again. When I went in the second time I stood out front for about 5 minuteswhile employees walked around in the back and just decided not to pay me no mind I was very upset. Read more

It never fails! Piss poor customer service and some of the managers aren't much better. Too many nasty, non chalant attitudes,... poor training, horseplay, concerning hygiene/appearances, etc etc. You name it!!! Another garbage McDonald's location. Read more
