Honestly, this is the only bad biggby I've ever been to. Staff is not great or attentive, parts of my orders are missed, no one... can stretch milk, sleeves and straws are hidden away and the beverages are fine-ish but not made with love. After severalchances, I drive an extra couple miles out of my way to go to the one on Rochester and Long Lake, they are WAY better in everyaspect of my experience. Read more

One of the best Biggby drive throughs I have been to. They are always very fast and very friendly. I like to pick up a coffee on... occasion when I go into work and there is never a crazy long line. They move cars along very quickly compared to other coffeeplaces I have been to. I like to use promotional coupons and there is never an issue. I can?t give it 5 stars because I have notbeen on the inside so I do not know what it is like. Read more
We went to the Location in Clawson for the first time today and we liked it. There is a little kids corner with books for the ... kids to color and few games. We played Jenga. I ordered the Marvel Caramel Frappe ( it was a little bit too strong for mytaste) My daughter got one of those Magic drinks you get for Free when you buy a 24 oz Beverage. The kids drink was disgusting,it tasted like chocolate water (but not the good kind of chocolate) maybe next time we'll try the strawberry one. The staff isfriendly and the location was clean.
