This is my favorite sushi shop in the USA. From a little store to now a bigger place with modern renovation, it is a stop we... make when we visited Michigan. You can find a variety of Japanese snacks and produce, and they also have freshly made sushi andsashimi pre pack. Their sushi is very tasty and good quality, they also have a dine in area where you can enjoy your sushithere. They have a sushi menu where you can order freshly made one but the wait time is usually around 30-45 minutes. Read more
The plate on the picture costs $50, though it doesn?t look like this? we?ve been loyal customers for more than 5 years. Lately,... unfortunately, it?s either hit or miss. The spicy salmon roll (you can see on the pic) they just added a stripe of spicy mayo ontop, when it?s supposed to be inside. Please, make changes so customers get consistent quality. Read more

Noble fish used to have fresh sushi premade. The sushi I purchased today is old and disgusting. I have been coming to this... restaurant since before the renovation and expansion and have never had such bad experience. Feels like someone just took $11out of my pocket. Read more
I picked up 3 huge sushi platters for a celebration of life event. The invoice is nearly $300, but there is a stingy limit of... only 25 chopsticks and a handful of soy sauce packets, even though this order was to feed 100+ people ????. I was told that Icould purchase additional chopsticks, so I had to spend $3+ on something that should've been included. I was in a hurry andforgot to buy soy sauce too, so we ran out of it. It's the principle, not the additional cost, that would otherwise make thisreview 5 stars. If you plan to order large quantities of sushi, don't forget that you may need to buy additional chopsticks andsoy sauce and allow time to wait in the retail line to purchase them. I recommend bringing a box to transport large sushiplatters since the plastic trays are not sturdy enough for the weight of the sushi. The quality of the sushi is the best inthis area and Noble carries most of the Japanese groceries that I need. Growing up in rural MI, my Japanese family and I would drive over two hours once a week for years to eat at Noble Fish-- a true... testament to its authentic and delicious food! Thankfully, we moved closer to metro Detroit and no longer have to drive as farbut either way, it's definitely worth it! Pros: the sushi is fresh, authentic, and you can tell that the chefs care about thequality Cons: the space is very, very small. If you prefer to eat in a very open, comfortable space, get the sushi to-go! Read more
Noble Fish was good, but it was not anything above and beyond or special for me. I am happy that I tried it, but it is not a... place that would be on the top of my list for sushi in the future because it did not really stand out. One thing that I did notlike is their website is misleading. It shows that dine in, takeout, and online ordering for in store pickup are offered. Whatthe restaurant failed to mention is that all their ordering is now done online (which includes dine in). That really made nosense but okay. Seven rolls were ordered, and there was a 70 minute wait time tagged to the order. Why is it seven rolls takeover an hour to be ready?
