I wish I could give it a zero. This place is horrible. I have been here twice and will go out of my way to NEVER come to this... location again. The 1st time I came was about 2 weeks ago. I was rushed through my order at the drive-thru to the point of theemployee finishing my sentences. Then when I got to the window, they forgot to charge me for my hashbrown for the combo Iordered. Then when I asked about it, they wanted me to pay for them inconveniencing me. The manager was no help and notaccommodating. It is bad enough, I was rushed through my order and then they got it wrong. I came back today. Put in my lunchorder and asked for a number 1. I stated I wanted to make it a combo, the sarcastic employee stated, "it already is a combo". Iproceeded to complete my order with my choice of side and drink and asked for a caramel machiato and a shot of espresso. Againthe sarcastic employee, "you know it already comes with espresso, is that all". So to avoid me blowing up, I said it was. Droveto the window to pay for my order. The amount on the screen was different when I got to the window. When I asked why thedifference wasn't made for the cost for the order, none was given. I was asked to wait at the window for an extended amount oftime after paying and then when they did come back I was given my drink and told thank you. I had to ask for my food. It wasnever given to me. They have no customer service nor do they care about having any. Never again. Today sealed the deal. Read more
We ordered a frap with no whipped cream. Got whipped cream. Didnt fill our coffee all the way. And didnt give us our apple crisp... when we ordered it and they said it wasnt in our order that we have to pull around. The second time around the girl was verynice. Her name was monique Read more

After waiting way too long in the drive through this is what I ended up with. I asked for an ice cap supreme and was handed a a... plain ice cap that wasn't even full. I asked them for the Supreme I had ordered so they took it back added about a teaspoon fullof whipped cream and even less chocolate drizzle, at this point I was late for work after leaving my house 1/2 an hour earlyjust to make sure I'd be ontime or even a little early. Went through the drive thru for a Strawberry Lemonade Frozen for my daughter, once we pulled off she tasted it and realized it... had a creamy taste. She?s allergic to dairy! We returned immediately through the drive thru and ordered another drink and statedthat I wanted NO cream/ yogurt or whatever the extra content was. So of course I pay for the second drink and low and behold ithas cream also. I understand good help is hard to find, But this level of service is Ridiculous and unacceptable. Not tomention the poor attitude and complete lack of friendliness. I?ve gone to this location for some time and stopped a while back.Thought I?d give them another try. My mistake. Please DO NOT waist your money or time. Only giving 1 star because 0 isn?t anoption. Food allergies are deadly and I definitely don?t recommend this location if you have any food concerns. I adore Marshall! His genuine enthusiasm, every time that I see him, is phenomenal! He offered me a chocolate chip muffin to... try. I explained that I am allergic to chocolate. Since then, he always remembers to offer me a blueberry muffin instead! Read more
My experience has improved here. Great chocolate dip donut and friendly service.
