My son works for TOM SMITH at subway and has been there for 3 weeks and hasn't gotten paid. He did all the paperwork and has... proof that it's been submitted online and they said it's not done. His mother completed it with him and we have all of the proofand have provided it to the management and he still hasn't been paid. If my son doesn't get paid this week we will file thepaperwork in small claims court to get his money. They are also threatening to cut his hours claiming he didn't hand it in. Thisis untrue and I have contacted my attorney already and are preparing to move forward!!! He needs to be paid this week or I givemy attorney the greenlight. Read more

Their online ordering was down, so I went in, they couldn't do my rewards or deals from the app, and refused to offer any sort... of promo. I'm not going to pay full price for a sub when I have a $2 reward and free 6"coupon, and won't even get points for mypurchase. The toaster has also been broken for over a year. Clearly the owners of this store don't care about their employees orcustomers. Read more

ordered from here a few times now, everytime my sub has been a mess. steak subs are apparently labeled as cold subs now, and... they don?t carry italian herb and cheese anymore. subs weren?t made properly. poor employee work ethic. Read more

Rude employee! Needs more staff. I made a mobile order and it wasn?t ready when I got there, no big deal there was only one... employee working so I just got in the long line and when I got up and said I had a mobile order I was greeted with attitude.They didn?t have my order because the power went out a little while. So I just read out my order like normal. I got attitudebecause the one sub meat she had to go in the back and get more because the front line ran out of that type of meat. Then Iasked if she could cut the subs into fourths and she acted like that was the craziest request she?s ever heard and told me shedidn?t think she could do it because it?s so small. Overall just a frustrating experience! I understand she was overwhelmed butshe was super nice to the customers before me? she acted like my mobile order was a huge inconvenience. Read more

Ordered two subs, the chicken was not warmed for the chicken teriyaki sub, and the meatball sub was like eating a marinara sub,... way to much sauce and very few meatballs. Two stars because the employee was friendly, just needs proper training. Read more

Poor management putting employees in positions where they can't fulfill online orders because there is one person working to... make subs for patrons walking in as well as the online orders. Shame on you for leaving one girl by herself. No one should workunder such conditions. Owner should be ashamed (or here helping!). Read more

My daughter and I visited this location Friday night at 6 pm to find one employee in the entire building!!! Shame on the manager... for allowing this!!! The young lady was extremely busy and all alone. Our subs were just what we ordered and she stay aspositive as could be expected. I give her 5 star rating but management sub par!!! Do better Subway!!
