Ordered 2 footlong subs. Had to go with a different bread than we normally get but that's ok...asked for them to go easy on the... mayo. When we got them home we just trashed them. Not just because both were covered in mayo...I mean squeezing out all over inglobs...we did not order them with dark 6 inch HAIRS but that's what we got. The hairs were half inside the sub and hanging halfout....that is a hard NO for us. Read more

Worst service we ever experienced in a restaurant!! Employee was using profanity and slinging food everywhere. Initially told us... Subway was closed. We stood at the counter and waited then she asked us how many sandwiches we wanted to order. We replied 3.Then she responded with "we are definitely closed". No sense of work ethic,decency. I would give -5 stars if I could. Saveyourself the headache and spend your hard earned money somewhere else. Read more

This place has horrible customer service. The workers from Powell Valley mill only get a 30 minute lunch, most of the time you... can't get through on the phone to order your lunch. Then get to the store and the subway worker is outside talking to people inthe parking lot and is the only worker on duty. Read more

I was very unhappy with the service, I was there on 3-4-2022 giving my order through the drive through and the intercom system... needs to be fixed you can't hardly hear them talk you, then I told them I had two separate orders, I started giving my the firstorder which it was mine while my mom was figuring out hers, any way as I was giving my order the lady that was taking mine wasvery rude,snappy, snotty and she wouldn't let me finish my order, I was telling what my daughter wanted and I was giving myorder I got my sandwich ordered, my chips and my drink before I could tell something else I wanted she cut my off and said veryhateful " what is for the second order," I asked her " are you ready for the second order?" she replied really hateful " do youhave any more sandwiches with the first order?" I replied "no I don't," next thing I hear " what's for the second order," onceagain I was cut off any able to finish my order and I asked her once again " did you your ready for the next order" and theylady replied back "yes I am" with a hateful tone. I wasn't even don with my first order I was wanting to add a couple ofcookies to my order but I guess if I didn't have any more sandwiches to be made she wasn't going to listen to me. I will not begoing back to that Subways I rather go out to the one by Kristal or the one at pilot close by the factories and deal withwanting on the traffic on a busy day then go back to the one in front of Tractor supplies. If I could give a zero I would. I ordered online so I would be easy in an out. I get there and it was not ready , and they had... the nerve to say they did not get my order til 4:03 pm. They forgot receipt had the time on it. Time on receipt was 3:50 , sothey had my order for 13 mins. I showed at 4:03 when they finally ask if they could help me. Then they tell me it not ready.But they made there buddy sandwich before mine and my order had been place way before he came in. Not sure who own this store ,but the need start managing they young kids. I suggest you never order there! Read more

Recently tired the new Tuna Melt Sub from this location and had to be hospitalized because of food poisoning. Eat the sub... sandwich for dinner and started feeling stomach pain a couple hours later spent the whole night throwing up and extreme stomachpain. Definitely avoid tuna from subway was not worth it. Very unhappy with the whole experience. Read more

For one I worked at subway in slade ky and they done everything backwards and for two you do not toast a bunch of sandwiches... together. Because two of ours was cold. And for three very unhappy workers. Acted like they didn't want to wait on us. Veryunsatisfied with the employees here. Read more

Can't get an Internet order right to save their lives. Gotten it wrong two straight weeks now, won't be a third time. Don't... eat here unless you watch them make the sandwich, they can't be trusted to read simple instructions. Read more
