I was advised that they will leave in the middle of your event if... they are not making money, but will not disclose that information prior to the event. Very Compassionate. I have been struggling trying to find a good job. I was on the side of the road with a sign asking for Help... when I saw this Amazing Food Truck pull up to the red light. I was minding my own business when the driver/owner/chef took itout the kindnesses of his heart to help me. He called me over then ran to the back of the truck and came back with some waterand soda for me because it was very very hot out it was just what I needed. Then he ran to the back again with a quicknessbefore the light changed and gave me some pulled pork and a few rolls. It was some of the best BBQ I have ever had. Words cannever explain how much that really meant to me that he took it out the kindnesses of his heart to feed me on one of my lowest points of my life. Best believe me when I say when I get back up on my feet and finally get a good job again I will come andsupport you. This is what the world needs more people like this. Brisket with a mix of spicy and sweet was just what the doctor ordered! Loved the vibe in the parking lot: earlier in the day... there was a farmers market, and then later a band set up to play. We will definitely be back! Read more
