I ordered a stuffed crust pizza but my "cheese" I got with it were expired onions 1/5 do not recommend

Went in to get a Garlic Bread Pizza on 2/26. Did not see anyone back there so I waited patiently for a minute. Saw the freezer... door open and a woman came out and did NOT HAVE A MASK ON! she said hello to me while putting on her mask!? I asked for mypizza because i was just too stunned. She said they don't make them till the afternoon and it was too early? I thought PapaMurphy?s was about making pizza on demand. Normally we love this place but customer service on our last visit was horrible. There was one man who was rude to customers and... mocked customers for ordering saying ?it?s their own fault for ordering out on New Years? when they ran out of ingredients.Additionally, went to eat a piece of pizza and found a hair baked into it. This location has been plagued with problems for a while. They constantly run out of dough for thin crust, cheese bread, and... dessert wheels. They frequently get orders wrong. They seem to have an ever rotating cast of nice but new and poorly trainedstaff. I suspect it is a franchise with a cheap owner who doesn?t order enough inventory and creates a bad work environment andthus can?t keep good employees. Read more

This location needs management help. We call to order and many times the phone is off the hook. When and if you get through,... you hear the staff laughing and joking around. Placing an order is always an issue. The staff has an attitude. We ordered aspecial for $9. We requested no cheese due to a food allergy. They would not modify the pizza unless we paid $14. Thinkabout it, they get to save money by keeping the cheese! But the employee said it?s their policy not to modify pizzaspecials. Pizza is delicious, especially Papa Murphys. I have found that the service here has been great and quick. When I order online my... pizza is always ready when I arrive to pick it up, and when I do a walk-in order, I never seem to have to wait more than 5minutes. I strongly recommend doing the survey thats on the baking instructions for discounts. Read more

The pizza here is consistently awesome and a great value! The help is friendly and efficient and a phone-ahead order is the way... to go. My pizzas are ALWAYS ready when I get there and ALWAYS exactly what I ordered. I hardly ever go to Skipolini's anymorebecause this pizza is so good and priced right. Highly, HIGHLY recommend!
