Very upsetting, I grew up eating Skip's pizza. I move away and gone for 5 years and come back to under cooked cold pizza. The... manager on shift states that "he feels the pizzas get cooked properly". Just really sad. Read more
Skippolini's non-gluten pizza crust SCORES! I have been doing my best to take my gluten down to Keto levels but, geez,... sometimes I want to have a Skippolini's pizza! Today I discovered that Skip's has a non-gluten pizza crust. Super thin, crisp,delicious (!) and the perfect base for my FAV Begetta pizza.... but I'm certain it would work for any of your favoritetoppings. So exciting to have this as an option!!! Rating due to extremely high prices for the product it puts out! The outside eating area is nice settled in very beautiful... quaint downtown Clayton. It is the first pizza restaurant in the chain. All meat pizza was a bit of a disappointment on thisvisit. Not much of a variety or quantity of toppings that were listed in the menu. Management review needed. Read more
Are pepperoni pizza at Folsom and cheese was fluffy and cold right out of the oven. Server told me they can't get the original... cheese anymore and that they use a different after market brand. Just wandering if Clayton is using cheep Mexican products tosave money also. ???? Read more
Passed thru with some friends, 1 of whom grew up near here. Great atmosphere in a beautiful setting. Indoor and outdoor dining... options. Great hometown pizza. Haley was working the counter on our visit and was an absolute gem. The entire staff was superfriendly and welcoming. Reminded me of little pizzerias I grew up loving. Wonderful visit. Read more
Our go to place for pizza! We have been ordering their famous large Prego pizzas for over the past 20 years for dine-in and... take-out! We prefer their location in Clayton vs. their restaurant in Concord. They have a great outdoor deck for eating yourpizzas on a hot summer evening. There is also a large patio with bocce courts as well! Read more
Had dinner with one of my brothers. Outdoor dining. Wait staff were masked. Had a half preggo and half martinelli. The pizza is... always good. Flavorful and filling. We ordered a medium and I was stuffed. Crust was crunchy and soft inside. I?ve been comingto this location and will continue to do so. Haven?t tried the other locations, but I?m not going to fix what isn?t broken. Read more
