Has really gone downhill, unfortunately. I usually enjoy the food and ice cream and shakes. The lady that seems to be the... manager is certainly giving it her best, but not much caring about customer service beyond her. Ordered a burger today, and Iwas blocks away before I realized it was wrong, even though I told the guy taking orders three times how I wanted it. I droveback, waited in line again, asked for a replacement, and it was wrong too. Third time was a charm, but the nasty looks from allthree people in the window, as if this were my fault, was the last straw. I won't go back. Sorry it's so hard to find peoplethat care about a job. The manager at this checker is phenomenal! I work locally in Clayton and my manger went on his break to get him and I lunch. I... was slammed and didn?t get a chance to get to my food until about 45 minutes after he picked it up. I opened it and the chickentenders were not edible. I believe they had been left in a fryer to long. I called to speak to the manager, she was amazing andbrought me a whole new order, cooked perfectly! Beyond satisfied with how she was willing to go out of her way to fix theirmistake and make me happy! I will definitely be going back! Read more
