Good food, good service. Great old photographs!
I realize places are understaffed but it took unreasonbly long to get our drinks. A larger group came in after the 2 of us but... had their order taken first and we were virtually ignored. We walked out and offered to pay fir our drinks but were told it wasok, no charge and they were sorry it took so long. Which we appreciated of course, but it was still a bummer experience. Read more
Terrible. We waited just shy of an hour for 2 appetizers and 2 lunch meals. The fries were cold, the nachos were cold, the tator... tots tasted like fish and the burger was definitely well done and not the medium rare that was ordered. The waitress was sweetbut didn't come to check in on the meal. 10/10 do not go, you are better off to get ice cream next store. Read more
This is a true one-of-a-kind bar, that not only stands out..you will always remember it! The tables had everything that you... would find from the river bottom inside of them, on display. I would love to go back here. My husband and I were passingthrough, on our way back from our honeymoon and we were definitely not disappointed. Read more

A wonderful small little bar with tables and a full service menu selection of great food. The bartender who over sees the bar... and lounge was not only delightful but very charming. I wished I would of asked her name. We had the opportunity to meet theowner when he stopped in and also with a huge smile and a great personality to wow any guest or customer. They are locateddirectly across the road from the river front with big huge windows with the best views to enjoy well having a great time. There are much bigger and I'm sure fun places in Clayton NY, But I can't say enuff good about my visit to River Bottom it wouldprobably or will be my favorite selection and my new favorite hang out.I wish I would have taken more pictures.
