Service was absolutely terrible. Literally 3 other tables who got there after we did got their food before us. Waiter never... bothered to check in with us. Never apologized. My Reuben was cold. My side salad was more like a garnish of lettuce. Pizzawas okay but over sauced. The staff was just hanging out and drinking beers in the kitchen meanwhile we waited for almost anhour for our food. Came to the area for my 30th birthday weekend. Asked the locals if we should go to Di Prinzio's Kitchen or Wood Boat. They told... us to go to woodboat. It was the worst birthday evening I have ever experienced. Had our 10 month old dining with us, and thisplace blasted rap music out of Nowhere at the highest possible volume for atleast a minute straight. My ears are still ringingand we feel terrible for our poor baby. No one even apologized for this supposed mishap. We finally get our pizza dinner and hadto take it to go. We weren't going to let them ruin our son's eardrums again. Brought it back to our hotel to hopefully enjoyour meal. What a total disappointment! We could not believe how dry. They didn't even care to slice it. So we had to ask roomservice for a knife. Then when you go to eat this cold slice, absolutely everything fell off...this is not a pizza. As you cansee, it became a pile of slop. The only decent items we received were the wings and pretzel sticks. I could not recommend thisplace and will not be back. Super disappointing. Read more
We've been there several times and have always thoroughly enjoyed our meals and experience. They run a great restaurant. This... time we were there for a party in the upper room. What a great venue! Absolutely great beer and food. Our overall favorite place to go in the 1000 Island area. Staff and service are always... excellent. Beers are among the best I have had, and the pizza is amazing. Personal favorite goes the the jalapeños popperpizza. Wings are an excellent choice to. Read more
We ordered three personal pizza pies. The place uses a brick oven, yet it seemed that our pies were served after significant... cooling. Not saying that's a bad thing. We chose a traditional pepperoni, a Buffalo chicken and a pepperoni with mozzarella andcheddar. All three passed muster. The restaurant was busy and clean. The young waitress was a bit inattentive, and I had to askfor a Pepsi refill at the very end of the meal. A solid experience ... certainly not mind-blowing, however. The waitress was so much fun, extremely friendly. She was knowledgeable about the drink selections. The food was on point. The... beer cheese for the pretzels was delish!
