This is almost as bad as subway. Staff was great. But firehouse has poor quality meats, overcooked primerib and roast beef;... should be red and rare. Poor quality breads, no selection of anything, their banana peppers have no spice or flavor. They addall these sauces like garlic mayo and stuff like that because everything is such poor quality they have to mask it. Go-toHarris teeter, or lowes deli for best sandwiches; secondly a jersey Mike's is much better. Use store delis with good meats forbest sandwiches; I honestly have gotten better subway trash than I did today. Again staff is great just poor over sights by theentire firehouse company.. Read more

Sandwiches are still great, I just can't give 5 stars to a place that charges $16 for a large sandwich

I've only been to Firehouse a couple of times because I think they are overpriced. You typically have to order extra meat to... get a decent sandwich to bite into. They do offer daily specials, which my friends ended up getting, that seemed to be moresubstantial than my more expensive, regular priced option. The sandwich was tasty, and prepared as I requested, but honestly, the bread outshined the rest. Unfortunately, the day we were there the guy taking the orders had zero customer service. As Iapproached the counter I received no greeting nor did he utter a single word as I stood there trying to figure out what Iwanted. He just didn't seem like he wanted to be there. These are the main reasons for the low rating. However, on the flipside, the restaurant was clean and other patrons seemed to be enjoying their meals as did my companions. It was lunchtimeduring the work week and there was a pretty good stream of people coming in. Read more

Great food and I know it?s not known for gluten free. But it has gluten free bread option and we ordered that online and did not... receive that. And it?s celiacs not an intolerance so this actually hurts them. The place was empty as well so it was not like itwas busy, please make orders correctly when it involves peoples health. We have gone there before for lunch and they have beenvery kind to someone with celiacs so it?s not everyone there. Read more

Really good subs but definitely on the pricey side. Location is usually very clean. The staff sometimes could move a little... faster. Read more

My son and I walked in behind a white customer and heard and saw that he was greeted with a hello welcome to firehouse subs...... We walked up and no one greeted us until I smiled and said hello to the one to take our order. It was already an awkward feelingfor us both as my 10 yr old pointed it out to me first. But we were willing to see would it get better. We ordered 4 sub's, allat which we thought were hot subs. We didn't stay to eat, as we were picking subs up for baseball practice. We went to the parkto eat before practice and upon opening our containers all the sub's were cold. Nothing is hot nor warm. Also it was clearlyprinted on the receipt to not put cheese on my sons turkey sandwich and it was full of cheese. I tried to call them but thephone messaging system was full. So I went back in person to let them know and the manager fixed my son a new and biggersandwich. He was nice and friendly. And i think the first arrival may have been a misunderstanding. They remembered me and wasvery helpful in getting what I needed for my son. I will try them again. As my google reviews show I am big on customerservice. Read more

Quick simple good lunch. Polite cashier. Love the Italian sub and chocolate chip cookies.
