Unable to find a mobile order. When finally to the window, handed two biscuits that we didn?t ask for. Asked to pull forward.... When food was finally brought out it was missing drinks. When the drink was being retrieved, noticed a plain biscuit was missingand had to have an argument with the worker about the missing biscuit. That was brought out but we?re we?re still missing adrink. We have up. Not to mention this was a mobile order that had been placed 30 MINUTES prior and got pretty terrible servicetoday. Read more
There's always a wait unless it's peak breakfast or lunch. It can be as long as 20 minutes but hey I love the monster burger... and i'm patient. Knowing this I went and asked at the drive-thru how long the wait would be for one. I hear the mostunprofessional, half-witted, and whiny child-like voice respond back with an 'I don't know'. You don't hear things like that ata Zaxbys or a Chickfila. Hire better and smarter people that know something about customer service. I will not return. Read more

Walked in to see a counter person looking exhausted with her head on the counter. Drink station, as with all fast food places,... is a mess even though there?s employees just standing around. And this little guy helped me my fries. Read more
They prepared my food In a timely manner,the employees were working their best and managing both in store and drive thru best... they can. Cashier was very nice and checked up on me everytime letting me know they would be getting my order put togethersoon. The people here I feel are very nice and do their best despite any odds. Me and my wife frequent this location quite often but only through the drive-thru, this was our first time dying in and I was... quite surprised by how impeccably clean the restaurant was, typically I find dealing with young employees in fast foodrestaurants fairly frustrating but the young staff that took our order who were according to them only in their second and thirdweek were credibly well-mannered! Order was taken by a young lady named Brianna who was very well informed about the menu forsomeone who had only been there a few weeks there was another young male who assisted her but he had accidentally locked hisname tag at home but we had a very great conversation with both of them while we waited for our food which was a very shortwait, I think I will make a point of going in to order my food for now on.
