Guess it's okay to bring pets to a food establishment and have them on the counter (sarcasm it is NOT okay), but the staff there... talked to the dog, instead of asking them to take the dog out of the store. And then you have these two over here Jaw jackingwith their friend convincing him to pay them $20 so he can go take a number 2 in the bathroom. Then more time was wasted whenthe manager (Holly) explained to them why they can't be doing that. And they wonder why they are so backed up. Read more

Make sure you order online because it's cheaper! Employee expect you to know they only have one oven working and that they only... have 3 employees working. He's says I'm not special maybe not in his eyes but I am! My thing people most of the timeunderstand when things go wrong, if you would just let the people know instead of smarting off at your customers! This is the worst Little Caesars that I have ever been to. I loved Little Caesars in Texas. They were the best. This place in... Clayton is horrible. The staff can care less about you. The pizza has given me diarrhea on my last two visits. The pizza wasseverely undercooked. I want so badly to love this place as I did in Texas, but my experience with this place will never bringme back. The management is non-existent it appears. Hire better people who know how to cook pizza. That is the key to a betterestablishment. Read more
This is the absolute worst little caesars location ever. The staff is terrible, they don't know how to make a pizza. On top of... that they are constantly out of dough and other supplies. I have tried numerous times but it is never any better. Read more

I love Little Caesars, however, at this location I ordered on the app ahead of time for pickup and it wasn't ready on time. No... biggie, but they were closing early the day before Thanksgiving so they had a few other people waiting as well. I finally gotmy order and this is what it looked like. It wasn't cooked completely, nor cut. I am not sure what happened here as to why adeep dish was made like this, but I also ordered a five meat treat round. That also wasn't cooked all the way. I called thestore and got no answer. How can you knowingly give this to a customer? This location needs to do better. Not only the most erratic store hours but they will never answer the phone to ask the daily special operating hours. You are... playing russian roulette just to see if they are even open. Me most recent encounters with the staff was nothing we were evertaught about customer service. Rachet is the best adjective when describing the employees.
