Rotten milk! Did an instacart order and got That's Smart whole milk delivered November 11th. The expiration date on the bottle... is October 27th!! My husband went to make a glass of milk and it was chunky. Hopefully the meat I ordered isn't expired butmight just throw out just in case. Read more

Don?t go to get deli products unless you have an hour to kill. I?ve been 50+ times and will leave and come back if there are... more than two people in line. Half of the employees don?t want to help you. If you do find someone to help, it will take threepeople to figure out how to use the meat slicer. Then you have the ringleader of the dummies, I?d assume one of the managers,(tall middle aged white guy that looks like he peaked when he was a linebacker for Wake Tech?s football team) that just walksaround watching the whole operation burn in front of him. Great experience outside of the deli and the beer den has a niceselection with fun and friendly people. Update to owner?s response: With Harris Teeter and Publix opening up down the streetin Flowers, the people of Clayton now have more options than Food Lion or Lowe?s. I enjoy shopping at Lowe's, however today when I got ready to check out only the self-checkouts were available. I was lucky... enough that one of the employees came up to ask if I needed help and I let her know I was not happy to have to check out myself.I feel like that when I go into a store and spend money I should not have to check myself out. Very clean, employees are helpful, and great wine selection. Groceries are on the pricey side, but I still prefer to shop there.
