The staff member who handed us our drinks was friendly. There was a brief few minutes wait as they prepare the drinks. This review is based on customer service, how fast and accurate orders are and game tables for kids (I believe everyone knows... what to expect from the food in general at this restaurants) McDonald?s at 70 Hwy in Clayton. Customer service is always good,they have a mixed of young and more mature employees and we see how they work as a team. When approaching the register to askfor condiments or any other question they notice you right away and help you. Our food order is accurate 99% of the time. Wevisit here frequently (every other week) because our toddler LOVES to play on the game tables, he can be entertained there alittle bit and we play silly games as a family too (yes besides the board games we play at home) They have a total of 4 tableswith games that are usually available after 6-7 (the times we have visited) I gave 4 starts because having a playground wouldbe fun for kids, at the same time I?m ok with just the game tables because those are easier to disinfect before using them whenwe visit. My wife and I came through the Drive Thru on Saturday about 4:30am. The guy handing us our food had exceptional customer... service and made our visit special. It's not something we expected from our visit but we appreciated it. He was cheerful,friendly, and made our very long day traveling get off to a good start. Thank you. Read more

Had 10 piece spicy nugget meal dry as you can see I tried to call but no one answered the phone also have my fries they were... cold and my double quarter pounder was dry as well Very disappointed pay for two meals and ate none of it Spicy chicken nuggetslook like overdone chicken strips I work 13 hours at work I wanted to come home and have a quick meal so I can turn around anddo it all over again but now I have to stand in the kitchen and cook for another two hours before I can eat and go to bed and beback up for work tomorrow morning at five Read more
y?all get no stars! horrible service! my girlfriend came to get food for us, for ONE, they were out of hot n spicys but it?s... like ok. but you didn?t have to have an attitude, one day somebody gon bat her in her mouth. THEN, when we did get the plainchicken sandwiches that she ordered we found a piece of hair on the sandwich AND they forgot her apple pie! the frappe was goodthough. but our fries were cold. worse experience ever.
