Terrible customer service. I went in to order a sub with a coupon. I ordered the steak and cheese. After it was made, I have... then my coupon and they said we do not accept the coupon for that sub we only accept it for certain ones. Have me nocalcification when I ordered only when I paid. I said you should of let me know and she said wasn't her responsibility. If youhave coupons you should be specific on the coupon or just not accept them. Don't go to this Subway store if you want to use your Subway $2 reward dollars. They don't know how to access your $2 rewards.... Three times in the last 3 months I have tried to use my $2 reward dollars, and every time the clerk claims she can't see any, orif she does see them, she says the register won't let her access them. I will no longer go to this store. There clerks areeither untrained in accessing the $2 rewards, or they deliberately force the register into a mode that they can then show youyour list of earned $2 reward dollars, but that touching the corresponding button does nothing. They say it is locked out. Thisis one way to prevent reducing their net sales amount, which honoring $2 or $4 rewards would do. Read more

This location always makes a good sandwich. Always has cookies available unlike some locations. Employees are great. Owner's... don't give as much meat as the hourly employees do Read more

Was just in there ordering a protein bowl. The guy hardly wants to say anything. I order bacon and turkey. He gives me two... pieces of bacon, so I ask for a few more pieces (I've gotten this many times and they give like 6-8 pieces) well he says nothingbut gets like 4 more pieces. At the end of it he charges me for extra protein, when all he did was give me the normal amountevery subway gives. My main issue here is that he never communicated to me that it was going to cost more. This place has beengradually getting worse, and sadly I will never be going there again. Worst experience I've ever had. Just left the restaurant. Used to go here all the time. Management has changed. Ordered a... protein bowl with turkey and bacon. The man working puts 2 pieces of bacon in the microwave (protein bowls are supposed to getthe amount a footlong does) wife asks more for bacon so the guy says ok and adds 4 more pieces to the microwave (now a total of6 which is pretty normal) then the guy proceeds to make the rest of the bowl. When we go to checkout he charges double proteinprice. The bowl was almost $14!!! He never even said it would cost more or that it would be considered extra protein. $14 for 6pieces of bacon, normal amount of turkey, spinach, olives and some sauce. Absolutely disgusted with the attitude of the female manager (Hispanic gal) I have never had such an awful experience with... customer service like I did at this store. There was a mistake made on my online order and somehow my food was sent 25 minutesaway to this store. I spoke to the owner and explained, which then he offered a refund or to make the sandwiches again for me.That was very kind and I felt relieved after such frustration and feelings of wasting my time and money. When I arrived, thiswoman manager felt it was her duty to barrade me with how awful it was they had already made my food and it went to waste. Shehad no ides of what I had been through that day and continued to lay into me. I told her she was out of line and inappropriate.Her attitude carried on until she had the last word. What a joke this store is. I do not recommend coming here unless you wantyour day to be ruined by a miserable manager. Shame on you SUBWAY! I will not eat Subway any longer after this mess. I went to this subway today and a powdery slimy substance came out of the soda machine making a film at the top of my cup. I... took the cup back to the counter and asked for a new cup thinking the line must not be clean and I?d get a different beverageoption. The employee I initially addressed did not reply to me after 3 attempts to convey the problem and showing her the cup.Another employee walked up and said ?it must be out? and walked away. I proceeded to ask for a cup several more times evengesturing to the cups that were arms reach from the silent employee. Then another customer came up to me and said ?you shouldhave seen all the mold that was in my cup when I tried to get a drink 2 days ago. It appears this is a known problem. I was veryfrustrated at this point and emptied my daughters drink and left. No one offered me a refund. I will not be returning. Read more
