We did get sick last time we ate here. I never ever see handwashing or hairnets. But the attitude from employees is out of this... world. They are young kids that treat you as though you?re a complete inconvenience. They rolled their eyes at my family uponwalking in at 7pm. The place was empty with three employees working. They don?t want to talk, even when required. Then Irealized some didn?t even speak English. I haven?t had an issue with the food besides the ruined weekend of sickness, but thecleanliness and service could be MUCH better. Read more
Place was supposed to be open until 9. Went just before 8 and the drink machines were cut off so only able to get sandwiches and... chips and no combos. Didn?t have any more meatballs for the evening (this is the 2nd time we have been after 7pm and had thisissue.) being unable to get combos made the Order incredibly more expensive than it normally would have been. Once we walkedout. They cut the lights out (just after 8pm.) Drink machines shouldn?t be cut off and disassembled until the store closes, andif store is going to be closing and hour earlier than posted it should be posted on the door. I went here after having a terrible experience at the great clips just up the road in the publix plaza. Never go there for a... haircut! This subway is great. Friendly staff. Clean restaurant, and quick! You can't ask for much more! Read more
This place is terrible. Customer service is the worst. No body knows what there doing. Rushing your order barely putting veggies... on the sandwich. Getting an attitude if you ask for more of anything. Like please get staff who want to work. I didn?t make youtake that job. Be happy and grateful you?re even employed. Carlos & Brandon did an excellent job serving me & my pregnant gf on our visit, they were very knowledgeable about the new subs,... which made selections easy and when their system froze at payment, they volunteered some of their tip money to help cover thedifference. Store says it is open till 10pm on the door Mon. They closed everything down early at 9:45pm. Went today (Tuesday) at 9:50pm the... Open lighted sign was on, went inside and young man said they decided to close early! Won't be back, they thought it wasfunny....
