I placed a food order through the app and my order was ready by the time i got there (5 mins away) The women were courteous, and... one even asked if i wanted cheese added to my sandwich, as the standard sub does not come with cheese unless you specify thatyou want it. They wore masks and the entire place was very clean. If i had 10 stars I would give them! Read more

The restaurant was filled with the young employees friends & they filled the few booths that were available for customers so... instead of dining in I had to take it to go, the toppings were not fresh - they looked like they were sitting there for awhile.The drink machine didn?t work correctly. When notified they said just take a bottle. The restaurant was not clean. The employeemaking my sandwich called to another employee & said he needed a band aid out the back because he cut himself & it was itching???? The overall experience was awful & the food made me sick after it was eaten. I should of gone somewhere else after I sawhow the ingredients looked on the bar. Read more

I got a door dash order today, when my sandwich got delivered I noticed avocado was on the sandwich. I went & looked back at my... receipt to make sure I didn't accidentally hit avocado...I didn't. I do not understand what happen, but oh well; come to findout when I took a bite of my sandwich. RAW BACON was in it. Disgusting! I know for a fact I did not order bacon. Im verydisappointed. I was refused service at this location due to my inability to wear a mask due to a health issue. This is a violation of... Americans with Disabilities Act. I visited a different Subway nearby and received services with no problem. The lady was rudeon top of denying me service. Read more

Linda, Older black women with the cheap curly black weave, was very rude to me because I didn?t know exactly what I wanted and... took a few minutes to figure it out. Then when I was checking out made comments about me to the customer behind me stating ?I?mglad I have someone who knows what they want?. Would not recommend this place and very unhappy with the customer service. Read more

Staff ran to hide in the back when we pulled up at 9pm on a Wednesday. Doors were already locked before actual 10pm closing. I'm... sure the franchise owner would love to know his staff is closing early and avoiding sales. Read more

The girl behind the counter was polite and working as quickly as possible. My complaint is with the fact that there was only one... person behind the counter again. This has happened multiple times. We eat here often because we like to get lunch before doingour shopping at the Food Lion nextdoor, but we will find somewhere else to eat until the reviews for this location improveenough to indicate that managment has changed or they are more appropriately staffed.
