I came in at 9pm and they close at 10, so I was expecting the worst service but I was way more than surprised to get treated... like a king! The cashier, Brandon looked visibly happy to be at work which was refreshing and he treated me with more respectthan a brother. He was friendly, professional, and overwhelming in hospitality. What?s even better is the food came out before Ieven finished getting my drinks and they put extra sauce in the bag. Pulled into the drive thru ( first time customer) told the guy working the speaker I need a min to look over the menu his... response was a few minutes ugh! I ordered my food drove back to my daughters house who I am visiting from California, the foodwas cold and tasted old, my sweet tea was horrible. Not the experience I was hoping for. Read more

My favorite menu item is the chicken finger plate but I frequent the Wings and Things when I'm feeling like a dog and want to... chew on chicken as tough as a bone, lol. I digress, because that is all locations but specifically this one I had a terribleexperience. The woman who took my order rung it up twice and when i asked why the price was so high she responded to pullforward and the next employee will explain. I wasn't looking for an explanation i wanted a fix. The next one couldn't fix it soa manager came outside to correct. I was given the wrong order, had to come inside and was told I "took" the wrong order. 3young ladies addressed me with misinformation about my order and the manager made it better by giving me the correct order,letting me keep what I had and providing a voucher for the next time. I could tell there was no structure there but if theywould take a page from his book they'd go farther. I think his name was Joe or something. Kudos to him! My review is not lowbecause of him, but I still shared my complaint. ZAXBYS needs to stop cooking their chicken wings so long, the meat is hard asbone marrow. Read more

Dine in is great. Like every fast food restaurant right now dining in is much quicker than drive through. These people try to do... a great job. They even gave me an extra Zax Sauce without asking. :) Read more
