They up charged me without asking. When I asked them to charge me correctly, they all got attitudes and still didn't give me the... correct change. Kept closing the window on me and wouldn't listen to what the issues were. Plus they were out of lettuce and Ihad to wait in line almost 30 minutes. We waited drive thru for 30 plus minutes. By the time we finally got to the speaker we waited another 10 plus minutes (it wasnt... actually busy). After we ordered and paid the first order they gave us was 0% correct. So we told them it wasnt our order andthe guy at the drive thru window took it back asked what we had, the anther lady asked what we ordered. A couple of minuteslater they handed us another order than was mostly correct but only 70% but we took it because I did t want to wait anymore.When we got home the fries were very cold (we only live a couple of minutes away). So we will not be returning. But thank youfor the wrong order and cold fries. Read more

The big problem with this store lately, is they're so under staffed that sometimes they only have the drive through open. And... lately when I've gotten their food. It doesn't taste fresh. Like it sat under the heat lamps for a while. If you order thechicken sandwiches. They taste dry. If you order the burgers, they're kinda okay but not the best. The fries are over salted andnot hot. The manager of this store is REALLY dropping the ball. They're obviously not watching the quality and for SURE notpresent to assist their crew with service. If this is a franchise store, corporate Wendy's should not allow you to use theirname! You are slacking! Read more

We order 3 4for$4 and 2 5for$5 with 5 mini frostys and 2 waters. Pulled up to window and got handed one medium bag. Ask if... that was all of it and they said yes. I checked the bag right there and there were 4 fries missing. We told the girl who saidit was there it wasn't and she got a manager who ask us for a receipt. We never left the window and checked the food why thegirl was standing there. So got the fries. No straws and 4 spoons. How hard is it to count to 5!? The hamburgers were coldand bread was stale. But we don't expect much from drive thrus anymore. But the grandkids were hungry. Read more

Okay so I'm redoing my review for Wendy's on hoke road because they are under new management. The food was great I haven't had... good Wendy's in a long time. The service was great a little bit of a wait but the employees were top notch and very respectful. Read more

Can't blame the staff for the store being understaffed, but the drive through was slow. They also messed up my order twice. Got... it fixed before I left, which admittedly didn't help drive through line times, but come on... It's not hard to hear Big BaconCheddar Classic Chicken. Shouldn't have taken me saying it 3 times (twice at the window) before ya get it right. Read more

This Wendy?s has constantly messed up my order. They didn?t put bacon on my BACONATOR ??????? And I doordash from them now and... every driver is rejecting my order because they?re driver thru is going too slow and the inside is not open for pick ups. Itried getting a refund but they refused to refund it all and tried giving me $9 for a $23 order and by the time they would beable to bring me my food it?ll be cold and the drink will be melted. They also don?t care about costumer service and helpingjust giving the doordashers the food. Read more

25+ minutes to get a mobile order with one meal. It would be easier and less painful to go to main st or better stop at Kroger... pickup some meat and put it on the grill. Completely lost the concept of fast food. PAINFUL. Read more
