Stopped in on our drive from Texas out to Talihina. The meat, BBQ sauce, onion rings, and coleslaw were all excellent. If the color grey had a taste this would be it. Our signs we ignored, the smoker was not going (which means we were served food... at least 3 days old) and no one was there eating at 12:30p on a Saturday, but we tried it anyway. $30 for food so unexplainablybad I could not stomach it. Read more

Simply the best smoked meat I have ever had. The ribs are just the right tenderness, they have texture yet melt in your mouth.... The brisket has been smoked to where it is so tender but not over cooked for it to be dry. Truly a Blessing for the residents ofClayton and travelers along US Hwy 271.
