Eunice was AMAZING! We'd go back just for her! We were greeted promptly and offered to select a seat in a section. Eunice was... right over with menus and offered us beverages. We decided to split the Country Fried Steak, since my hubby and I prefer oureggs differently she offered them cooked both ways, how sweet! We just got them scrambled, but to be offered without hesitationwas such a nice sentiment since customer service seems kind of lacking these days. The food was excellent we were both quitepleased! Not sure really what to say on this. Tonight?s order wasn?t good at all. Got it to go As I usually do when I come thro. Picked... it up. Girl was nice and helpful. Got a Reuben but it was made with regular bread and only ate half of it because the other halfwas completely soggy and falling apart. I got chili like I usually do with cheese no onions. But opened it to find onions allover in it. Tried to pick them out and ended up throwing about half of the chili away trying to get them out. Cinnamon roll wasgood as usual. I just don?t know that I?m gonna continue to stop here and get anything other than a cinnamon roll. I ordered itto go and picked it up right before they closed. If that matters. Idk. Just really let down after I look forward to planning mytrip around being able to stop here for a good meal before I go into Seattle to deliver and the last few times I?ve had issues.I know last time they said it was a new cook and I heard he was stressed out while I was waiting for the order (the last time)so I get it. We were passing through and decided to stop for a bite to eat. My husband ordered the corned beef hash and it was really good.... I chose a cheese burger and fries. The burger was very good but the fries were the best we have ever had! If you like friesthat are served hot and crisp yet not falling apart kind of crisp then these are the fries for you. We also selected one of thecinnamon rolls to bring home. If we ever find ourselves passing through town at meal time, I definitely will plan to stopagain. My husband and I were passing through and stopped here for lunch. We picked this place according to their good reviews. Hubby... had the cottage burger and I had the French dip and fries and had to try their french toast so I ordered a slice. I have toagree, food was really good, very tasty, especially their french toast and the fries?super crispy. The menu has limitedselection. They serve breakfast all day which I like. They also have homemade pies, pastries and cinnamon rolls. Ordered thecinnamon rolls and it was delicious! Our waitress was really nice and very attentive. The place is a little outdated but wewill definitely stop here again. Read more
