Would love to give this place a minus 5 stars.Been setting here for 25 minutes waiting on our food. The waitress keeps saying... she is checking on our order but no clue what she is finding out. She keeps walking by saying she is sorry its taking so long.It's also cold in here it's making us shake. 5 more minutes and we are leaving. Read more
11/18/2022 UPDATE Denny's!! Bravo! ???? Yall must have gotten the memo! The young man who was our waiter this morning for... breakfast was a breath of fresh air. He was kind. He was polite. He paid attention. Not only did he check on us frequently tomake sure we were good to go but he was quick to bring our meal out as soon as it was ready. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal aswell as the service this morning. Hats off to your cook on duty as well! Our food was hot, tasted great and hit the spot on acold fall morning like today! ?? (Original post from a year ago) We frequent this location and generally have good experiencesbut lately the waitresses have been kinda absent. While we are forgiving of the shortage in staff at a lot of establishments,that is not the case. Most recently we were 1 of 3 tables in the entire restaurant with 2 waitresses handling the room. It was atask to ask for things such as mayonnaise or butter and when we ordered an apple crisp dessert that was advertised fresh withvanilla ice cream we were told 20 minutes after we requested it that it would be right out but they were out of vanilla icecream to put on top of it and they could substitute chocolate instead. We decline and said not to worry about the apple crisp ifthey didn't have vanilla ice cream for it and the waitress was quick to throw an attitude at us for no longer wanting the applecrisp without the vanilla ice cream (as it was advertised...how dare we). Careful!!!! Business isn't properly trained about food safety and you will get severely SICK! My 2 year old got cross food... contamination as well as the whole family who each got something totally different. Will not be returning and if your smart Iwould stay away from this Dennys as something is majorly wrong in the B.O.H and or management Read more
Don't expect them to be open at 0700.. there are workers Inside.. playing on their phones.. doing their best to ignore you..... wouldn't even serve coffee( which is all the wife and I wanted) told us we had to wait until they opened... sign says 0700..what a joke of place. i was chewing my omelette and chewing something that hurt my teeth, when I took out the mouth mouth was that! I can't say enough good things about this place. The food was cooked and seasoned to perfection. The customer service was on... point even with them being short handed. Even the cook (wish I knew his name, but biker type older gentleman) was helping on thefloor. I will most definitely recommend this place for good eats! Read more
This particular Denny's was at a Pilot truck stop. My wife and I enjoyed an excellent breakfast. The decor in this Denny's was... very nice very unusual. The employees were friendly and professional. As with so many places now they were shorthanded. Ourwaitress was actually the only one working. But she was bright and chipper and very efficient. Kudos to her. Denny's has steppedup their game from when I used to go years ago. I will continue to try them out. Read more
Food was amazing. Great customer service. Our waiter was named kayla and she was amazing.
