Messed up order, way too much flavor syrup and not enough Expresso shots as ordered.
I would give zero stars if I could. I'm disabled n ordered on line walked in which I cant do very well n lobby was shut down.... Mind you I ordered food on line cause in a bit of a hurry n now food will be cold because I'm now 5th in line for drive thru. Read more
I typically don?t leave reviews, but today my inner basic b decided to take over. I order coffee almost EVERY DAY before work... (Amazon, right behind the building), and usually it?s perfect. Today- not so much. I enjoy a ?dirty? chai every now & again, soI figured I?d get my usual order (usually a cold brew with cold foam) in chai form with cold foam and an extra shot of espresso.I recieved this, and the woman working about RAN out of the window when I looked a little confused as to what she was handingme. If I pay extra for something, I?m expecting that something to be included in/with my drink, especially when it?s almost adollar to add it. They want a pay raise but can?t follow the simplest of instructions. I order online for a reason- for myorder to be exactly how I want it, and it still comes out messed up. (Included pics of my order, and my drink, with the label,so it?s not like it was some secretive thing- it?s out in the open.) Read more
I looked their employee straight in the face and asked them if my coffee had dairy in it after I had ordered the pumpkin in my... iced coffee and they completely lied to me. I was under the impression it was just a flavor and not a creamer. All they said was?you got the pumpkin swirl, it doesn?t have dairy.? Looked it up - it does. I love Dunkin? but this one in particular gives terrible service. I stopped by and sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes and... nobody greeted me, I drove by and thought maybe they were closed (1 pm on a Saturday afternoon ?) I parked and walked in to find4-5 employees inside and no customers. I ordered my drink and told them that I waited in the drive thru for multiple minutes.Not to mention these girls are not friendly and have no customer service skills. Great coffee! Very clean location inside the gas station and the employee who made my coffees was very quick and quite friendly!
Wow so I asked one of the workers about my order being wrong I ordered 25 Munchkins 15 Chocolate/ 10 Blueberry and I received a... whole mess of glazed and powdered. So i asked a guy about it and he said "CANT HELP YOU I ONLY MAKE FOOD" in a really ignorantvoice, and then went on to laugh in the back. Just avoid this place, the one Younger taller light skinned boy was very nice andjust told me to keep it and he got me the right order, he needs a raise or a better job because everyone seemed rude. This Dunkin is probably the best one I've been too. The employees are always friendly. The food is usually good n hot and... right.. Definitely recommend this one! Read more
