Terrible this time, very obvious the young man wasn't ready to make subs, he was cleaning when I walked in and I had to ask him... to wash his hands before he started my order, he had no clue how to make the item..hardly put any products on the sub and when Iasked Rachel to help she said I can't be rude, she was actually rude and said I can't be mean to the employees (I wasnt) shesaid he was in training so I simply said that she should probably be training him then. Barely any cheese on the so calledmonster sub and not toasted hardly at all...way too much attitude and since when is the customer not able to say how they likethe sub they are paying for... I really like this Subway, friendly staff and well, great sub's. Plus the place is always spotless! I like to order on the app... but always forget they have great deals on Tuesdays, better than you'll ever get in the app. Read more

Put in a curbside order to be picked up on my way to work tonight. When I got to work and it was too late to turn around, I... realized that theres NO Salad (Spinach) to my Salad!! I was given a bowl full of meat, cheese, tomatoes, and cucumber. When Icalled, I was told "We're sorry, thank you for letting us know, have a good night."
