McDonald's is great. I visited yesterday and it took longer than normal so they gave us a complementary apple pie. The only... problem was there was a sticker on it that said enjoy by.. and it was like 3 hours earlier. Wanted McDonalds for like 3 days. 2 Cheeseburgers and a Big Mac. Simple order but Burgers were old and burnt on all 3... Burgers.Like they slapped cheese on a burger that had been sitting there for hours.Cold took em home had to nuke them justnasty. I should have checked the reviews wasted $8. Never going there again. I am a regular, I am their 7 & 7 nightmare! ???????????? I have never felt so liked & respected. The employees there go the... extra mile to assist, respect, and fullfil your order with a smile & finesse... I would strongly recommend the Layton location,midnights are a blast going through the drive thru. If your lucky you might get the pleasure of getting my favorite order taker.He is so up beat, friendly, & beyond funny ???????? I have adopted all the employees as my family. McDonalds has really gone down hill. Breakfast is indeed not until 10:30 am because if you pull in to order at exactly 10:30 am... the screen goes black and you are no longer allowed to order breakfast. Y?all really need to update your hours and say theybreakfast is actually only served until 10:29 am. I had entered the line around 10:27 am and because of how slow this locationis and a car blocking me from moving forward I got to the order window at exactly 10:30 am and was no longer ?allowed? to orderbreakfast. I find that ridiculous as it had legit just turned 10:30 am and the screen had barely turned black so technically itwas ?in-between? menus. What terrible costumer service. Read more
Was hungry for a fish fillet but when I got it the bread was old & it the sandwich was not delicious.. although the fries were... really good. & I liked the convenience of ordering on a touch pad. Read more
What the f is wrong with this location!!?? Consistentlybad service, no pies, ice cream machine broke, and a card machine that is... apparently down between 1-5am on the daily. This place about 2 years ago was very nice, clean, and well maintained. The manager on sight really cared about making sure the... guests were taken care of. Over the last 6+ months, the service has gone downhill, the inside just seems more dingy, and thesoda machine has been dismantled the entire time. I would really like to see more customer service then what is currently beingput out. I also understand this location is managed by Watson Management, which has made clear from their other fast foodrestaurants that they don't really care about service, but just about making money as fast as possible while letting customersatisfaction fail. Overall review of this place, you will get your food, accurate, fresh and quick, but with no service. Justtrying to set realistic expectations. I will update my review in the future if things change.
